طالب عدد من المرشحين والمرشحات المستبعدين من الوظائف التعليمية للعام الدراسي 1447هـ، وزارة التعليم بتوضيح أسباب استبعادهم، رغم اجتيازهم اختبار الرخصة المهنية، وتلقيهم دعوات للمقابلات الشخصية، تمهيداً للتعيين على عقود «المكانية» التي تشترط عدم أحقية النقل الخارجي بعد التعيين. وأكد المرشحون لـ«عكاظ» (تحتفظ الصحيفة بأسمائهم)، أنهم فوجئوا بإقصائهم النهائي عبر بوابة الاستعلام في موقع الوزارة دون أي توضيحات، رغم استكمالهم كافة المتطلبات، وأوضحوا، أن وزارة التعليم أعلنت خلال رمضان الماضي فتح التقديم على 10,499 وظيفة تعليمية، وتقدّم حينها من اجتازوا اختبار الرخصة المهنية، ليتم لاحقاً في 12/10 إرسال رسائل ترشيح أولي، تبعتها دعوات للمقابلات الشخصية في 23/10، ووفقاً للمادة (28) من لائحة الموارد البشرية، التي تنص على أن من تتم دعوته للمقابلة يُعد «مرشحًا نهائيًا».
وأشاروا إلى أنهم تكبدوا عناء السفر من مناطق مختلفة لحضور المقابلات في إدارات التعليم، معتقدين أن الترشيح أصبح مؤكداً بعد المقابلات، إلا أن الصدمة جاءت لاحقاً بالاستبعاد النهائي دون أسباب واضحة. وأضاف المرشحون، أن بعض إدارات التعليم ردت على استفساراتهم بأن عدد المرشحين يطابق عدد الوظائف المعلنة، ما زاد من استغرابهم من الاستبعاد المفاجئ. وطالبوا الوزارة بإيضاح آلية الفرز، وكيف تم استبعادهم رغم اعتبارهم «مرشحين نهائيين» بموجب المادة (28)، التي تنص على أن المفاضلة تتم بين المتقدمين بناءً على الأعلى نقاطاً، وأن الإعلان النهائي للتعيين يتم بعد انتهاء إجراءات المقابلة والمطابقة.
ودعا المتحدثون لـ«عكاظ»، إلى فتح باب التظلمات والاعتراضات لكل من تم استبعاده دون مبرر، خصوصاً أن بعضهم خسر فرصاً وظيفية أخرى بعد اعتمادهم على الترشيح التعليمي.
وفي سياق متصل، زوّدت الوزارة، المرشحين خلال مراحل الترشيح النهائية بشهادات تعريفية بالرواتب عبر نظام «فارس»، توضح الاسم والسجل المدني وجهة العمل وتاريخ بدء الخدمة، واختتمت: «تشهد وزارة التعليم بأن الموظف أعلاه أحد منسوبيها حتى تاريخه»، ما يعزز من استحقاقهم للتوظيف ويزيد من غموض الاستبعاد.

A number of candidates who were excluded from educational jobs for the academic year 1447 AH have called on the Ministry of Education to clarify the reasons for their exclusion, despite passing the professional license exam and receiving invitations for personal interviews, in preparation for appointment to "local" contracts that stipulate no right to external transfer after appointment. The candidates confirmed to "Okaz" (the newspaper retains their names) that they were surprised by their final exclusion through the inquiry portal on the ministry's website without any clarifications, despite having completed all the requirements. They explained that the Ministry of Education announced during the last Ramadan the opening of applications for 10,499 educational positions, and those who passed the professional license exam applied at that time. Subsequently, on 12/10, initial nomination messages were sent, followed by invitations for personal interviews on 23/10. According to Article (28) of the Human Resources Regulation, which states that those invited for an interview are considered "final candidates."
They pointed out that they traveled from different regions to attend the interviews in the education departments, believing that nomination had become certain after the interviews. However, the shock came later with the final exclusion without clear reasons. The candidates added that some education departments responded to their inquiries by stating that the number of candidates matched the number of announced positions, which increased their astonishment at the sudden exclusion. They called on the ministry to clarify the sorting mechanism and how they were excluded despite being considered "final candidates" under Article (28), which states that the selection is made among applicants based on the highest scores, and that the final announcement for appointment is made after completing the interview and matching procedures.
Those speaking to "Okaz" called for opening the door for grievances and objections for anyone who was excluded without justification, especially since some of them lost other job opportunities after relying on the educational nomination.
