رصدت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية 18 مخالفة مكتب استقدام ضمن نتائج الرقابة على مكاتب وشركات الاستقدام خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2025، خلال جهودها المستمرة لتنظيم القطاع، ورفع مستوى الامتثال، وضمان حماية حقوق جميع الأطراف ذات العلاقة.
وأوضحت الوزارة ضبط عددٍ من المخالفات التي استوجبت اتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية، إذ تم إيقاف نشاط 17 مكتباً بشكلٍ فوري، فيما تم سحب ترخيص مكتب واحد لعدم تصحيح مخالفاته خلال المهلة المحددة، وتنوّعت المخالفات المرصودة بين مخالفة قواعد ممارسة الاستقدام، وتقديم الخدمات العمالية، والتأخر في إعادة المبالغ المستحقة للعملاء، إلى جانب مخالفات تتعلق بإجراءات التعاقد.
ويأتي ذلك في إطار عمل الوزارة من خلال منظومتها الرقابية والتنظيمية على تعزيز الامتثال في سوق العمل، ورفع كفاءة الخدمات المقدمة، وذلك ضمن إطار إستراتيجيتها الرامية إلى ضبط الممارسات وضمان حماية أطراف العلاقة التعاقدية، وسعيها في تمكين بيئة عمل منظمة وشفافة ومستدامة، تُسهم في تحسين تجربة المستفيد، وتدعم مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
وأكدت الوزارة استمرارها في متابعة أداء مكاتب الاستقدام بشكل دوري، وتطبيق العقوبات بحق المتهاونين في تطبيق الأنظمة، داعية جميع المستفيدين إلى الاستفادة من الخدمات الموثوقة عبر منصة «مساند»، وهي المنصة الوطنية المعتمدة لتنظيم خدمات الاستقدام، كما يمكن الإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات من خلال الرقم الموحد (920002866)، أو عبر تطبيق «مساند».
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has recorded 18 violations by recruitment offices as part of the monitoring results for recruitment offices and companies during the second quarter of 2025, as part of its ongoing efforts to regulate the sector, enhance compliance, and ensure the protection of the rights of all parties involved.
The ministry clarified that a number of violations were detected that necessitated taking legal action, as the activities of 17 offices were immediately suspended, while the license of one office was revoked for failing to correct its violations within the specified timeframe. The recorded violations varied between breaching recruitment practice rules, providing labor services, delays in refunding amounts due to clients, in addition to violations related to contracting procedures.
This comes as part of the ministry's work through its regulatory and organizational system to enhance compliance in the labor market and improve the efficiency of the services provided, within the framework of its strategy aimed at regulating practices and ensuring the protection of the parties in the contractual relationship, as well as its efforts to enable an organized, transparent, and sustainable work environment that contributes to improving the beneficiary experience and supports the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The ministry confirmed its continued monitoring of the performance of recruitment offices on a regular basis and the application of penalties against those who neglect to comply with the regulations, urging all beneficiaries to take advantage of the reliable services through the "Musanid" platform, which is the approved national platform for organizing recruitment services. Violations can also be reported through the unified number (920002866) or via the "Musanid" application.
