أعربت وزارة الخارجية عن إدانة المملكة العربية السعودية قصف قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية كنيسة دير اللاتين في غزة، واستنكارها الشديد لاستمرار الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في اعتداءاته ضد المدنيين الأبرياء ودور العبادة.
وتؤكد المملكة أن هذه الاعتداءات المتكررة في المنطقة، دون وجود رادع، تستدعي موقفاً جاداً من كافة الدول لوضع حد لجرائم الاحتلال الإسرائيلي التي تعرّض أمن المنطقة واستقرارها للخطر، مجددة مطالبتها للمجتمع الدولي، خصوصاً مجلس الأمن، بالتصدي لممارسات الاحتلال وتفعيل آليات المحاسبة والمساءلة الدولية تجاه هذه الانتهاكات.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's condemnation of the Israeli occupation forces' bombing of the Latin Church in Gaza, and its strong denunciation of the continued Israeli occupation's assaults against innocent civilians and places of worship.
The Kingdom emphasizes that these repeated assaults in the region, without any deterrent, call for a serious stance from all countries to put an end to the crimes of the Israeli occupation that threaten the security and stability of the region, reiterating its demand for the international community, especially the Security Council, to confront the practices of the occupation and activate mechanisms for accountability and international responsibility regarding these violations.
