أدانت جامعة الدول العربية -بأشد العبارات- الغارات التي يشنّها الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على سورية.
وعدّت الأمانة العامة للجامعة، في بيان لها، أن هذه الغارات تُمثل اعتداءً صارخاً على سيادة دولة عربية عضو في الجامعة، وفي منظمة الأمم المتحدة، وانتهاكاً للقانون الدولي، واستهانة بقواعد النظام الدولي.
وأكدت أنه لا يُمكن للمجتمع الإقليمي أو الدولي قبول الهجمات الإسرائيلية أو تمريرها، ويتعين وقفها فوراً.
وأوضحت أن غارات الاحتلال تستهدف زرع الفوضى في سورية، معربة عن تضامنها مع سورية إزاء تلك الهجمات الإسرائيلية.
The Arab League condemned -in the strongest terms- the airstrikes carried out by the Israeli occupation on Syria.
The General Secretariat of the League stated in a statement that these airstrikes represent a blatant assault on the sovereignty of an Arab state that is a member of the League and of the United Nations, a violation of international law, and a disregard for the rules of the international system.
It emphasized that the regional or international community cannot accept or overlook the Israeli attacks, and they must be stopped immediately.
It clarified that the occupation's airstrikes aim to sow chaos in Syria, expressing its solidarity with Syria in the face of these Israeli attacks.
