شارك فريق وطني من منظومة البيئة والمياه والزراعة، يضّم (12) مختصًا من وكالة المياه، والمؤسسة العامة للري، والمركز الوطني لتنمية الغطاء النباتي ومكافحة التصحر، في أعمال الدورة التدريبية، التي نظمتها أكاديمية «قانسو» للري بالتعاون مع وزارة التجارة الصينية، حول تقنيات حصاد مياه الأمطار واستخداماتها، في مدينة لانتشو بجمهورية الصين الشعبية.
وأوضحت وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة أن المشاركة امتداد لتفعيل اتفاقيات ومذكرات تفاهم دولية بين البلدين وأن الدورة تُعدُّ منصة نوعية لتبادل الخبرات في مجالات المياه، خصوصًا في مجال حصاد مياه الأمطار، إضافة إلى تطوير تصاميم أنظمة حصاد مياه الأمطار في المناطق الريفية والحضرية، وتعزيز إدارة جودة المياه المُجمعة، واستعراض التقنيات المتطورة في تنقيتها، إلى جانب تقنيات الري التكميلي، والتقييم الاقتصادي لمشاريع الحصاد، ومفاهيم المدن الإسفنجية، وإعادة استخدام المياه، ودور تقنيات الحصاد في مكافحة التصحر وتعزيز الاستدامة.
وأشارت إلى أن البرنامج التدريبي يشتمل على محاضرات علمية وورش عمل تطبيقية، إلى جانب زيارات ميدانية لمشروعات نوعية في عدد من المقاطعات الصينية، وأكّدت الوزارة أهمية تعزيز التعاون الدولي، وبناء القدرات الوطنية في مجال إدارة الموارد المائية، مما يعكس النهج المؤسسي التكاملي للوزارة في بناء قدرات كوادرها الفنية، وتبادل الخبرات مع الدول الرائدة، وتطوير منظومة المياه، إضافة إلى تعزيز الاعتماد على الحلول المستدامة، والابتكار في مواجهة التحديات المائية وفق رؤية المملكة 2030.
A national team from the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, consisting of (12) specialists from the Water Agency, the General Authority for Irrigation, and the National Center for Vegetation Cover Development and Combating Desertification, participated in the training course organized by the "Gansu" Irrigation Academy in collaboration with the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, focusing on rainwater harvesting techniques and their applications, in the city of Lanzhou, People's Republic of China.
The Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture clarified that this participation is an extension of activating international agreements and memorandums of understanding between the two countries, and that the course serves as a qualitative platform for exchanging experiences in the field of water, particularly in rainwater harvesting. It also aims to develop designs for rainwater harvesting systems in rural and urban areas, enhance the management of collected water quality, review advanced technologies for its purification, as well as complementary irrigation techniques, economic evaluation of harvesting projects, concepts of sponge cities, water reuse, and the role of harvesting techniques in combating desertification and promoting sustainability.
It noted that the training program includes scientific lectures and practical workshops, along with field visits to quality projects in several Chinese provinces. The ministry emphasized the importance of enhancing international cooperation and building national capacities in water resource management, reflecting the ministry's integrated institutional approach to building the capacities of its technical staff, exchanging experiences with leading countries, and developing the water system, in addition to promoting reliance on sustainable solutions and innovation in addressing water challenges in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
