كشفت وزارة العدل عدد التبليغات المرسلة عبر الرسائل الإلكترونية إلى أطراف الدعاوى القضائية؛ إذ بلغت أكثر من 11.8 مليون رسالة، خلال العام الحالي 2025.
وساهم التبليغ الإلكتروني في تعزيز فاعلية الجلسة الأولى وتقليص الإجراءات، مما أدى إلى تقليل أمد التقاضي، الأمر الذي بدوره يعزز الجودة القضائية ويحقق الضمانات العدلية لأطراف الدعوى.
ويأتي التبليغ الإلكتروني ضمن إطار التحول الرقمي في القطاع العدلي، حيث يتم التبليغ حالياً بواسطة الرسائل النصية عبر الهاتف المحمول الموثق لدى أبشر، بدلاً من الطرق التقليدية السابقة التي كانت تتطلب وقتاً وجهداً، وقد أدى ذلك إلى انخفاض تأجيل الجلسات الناتجة عن تعذّر تبليغ أحد الأطراف، وانتظام سير القضايا في مواعيدها المحددة.
ويعكس هذا التقدم تحولاً جوهرياً في مفهوم التقاضي، حيث أصبحت التقنية عنصراً أساسياً في تحقيق العدالة الناجزة، وتوفير تجربة أكثر شفافية وفاعلية للمتقاضين، تواكب متطلبات العصر وتدعم ثقة المجتمع في المنظومة القضائية.
The Ministry of Justice revealed the number of notifications sent via electronic messages to the parties involved in legal cases; it reached more than 11.8 million messages during the current year 2025.
The electronic notification has contributed to enhancing the effectiveness of the first session and reducing procedures, which has led to a decrease in the duration of litigation, thereby enhancing judicial quality and achieving legal guarantees for the parties involved in the case.
The electronic notification is part of the digital transformation in the judicial sector, where notifications are currently sent via text messages through mobile phones registered with Absher, instead of the previous traditional methods that required time and effort. This has resulted in a decrease in the postponement of sessions due to the inability to notify one of the parties, and the regular progression of cases according to their scheduled times.
This progress reflects a fundamental shift in the concept of litigation, where technology has become an essential element in achieving swift justice and providing a more transparent and effective experience for litigants, keeping pace with the demands of the era and supporting public confidence in the judicial system.
