افتتح وزير الخارجية الأمير فيصل بن فرحان بن عبدالله، اليوم، مبنى سفارة المملكة العربية السعودية الجديد لدى روسيا الاتحادية، في العاصمة موسكو، بحضور مساعد وزير الخارجية عبدالهادي المنصوري، ووكيل الوزارة للشؤون السياسية الدكتور سعود الساطي، وسفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى روسيا الاتحادية عبدالرحمن الأحمد، ووكيل وزارة الخارجية للمشاريع والأصول المهندس خالد الرميح وعدد من مسؤولي الوزارة.
ولدى وصوله إلى مقر السفارة، قام بإزاحة الستار عن لوحة الافتتاح التذكارية، كما قام بالاطلاع على ما يشتمل عليه المقر الجديد من مرافق وأقسام بعد الانتهاء من مشروع تجهيزه وتأثيثه.
ويأتي افتتاح المبنى انطلاقاً من مساعي وزارة الخارجية في توفير أصول عقارية مميزة وحديثة تعكس الاهتمام العالي بتقديم خدمات عالية الجودة للمواطنين والمراجعين في الخارج، ضمن رؤية شاملة تهدف إلى تطوير الأداء الدبلوماسي وتعزيز كفاءة عمل بعثات المملكة حول العالم.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, today inaugurated the new building of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Russian Federation, in the capital Moscow, in the presence of the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulhadi Al-Mansouri, the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Political Affairs Dr. Saud Al-Sati, the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Russian Federation Abdulrahman Al-Ahmad, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Projects and Assets Engineer Khalid Al-Rumaih, and several ministry officials.
Upon his arrival at the embassy headquarters, he unveiled the commemorative opening plaque and reviewed the facilities and departments included in the new headquarters after the completion of its preparation and furnishing project.
The opening of the building comes as part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' efforts to provide distinctive and modern real estate assets that reflect a high interest in delivering high-quality services to citizens and visitors abroad, within a comprehensive vision aimed at developing diplomatic performance and enhancing the efficiency of the Kingdom's missions around the world.
