كشف المتحدث باسم المؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني فهد العتيبي بأنه تم رصد (288) مخالفة على المعاهد والمراكز التدريبية الأهلية خلال النصف الأول من العام الحالي 2025، وتم التعامل معها وفق الأنظمة واللوائح الخاصة بالتدريب الأهلي.
وأوضح العتيبي بأن أبرز المخالفات التي تم ضبطها كانت على النحو التالي:
- عدم تجديد رخصة التدريب قبل ثلاثة أشهر من انتهائها.
- التغيير في البرامج التدريبية المفعّلة في الاسم أو المحتوى أو المدد أو عدد الساعات.
- التلاعب في مستندات التسجيل أو السجلات أو الوثائق أو النتائج الخاصة بالمتدربين.
- وجود هيئة تدريبية أو إدارية غير معتمدة.
وأكدت المؤسسة حرصها على متابعة التزام المنشآت التدريبية الأهلية بالضوابط المعتمدة، وتطبيق العقوبات النظامية على المخالفين بما يضمن جودة العملية التدريبية وحماية حقوق المتدربين.
The spokesperson for the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training, Fahd Al-Otaibi, revealed that (288) violations were recorded against private training institutes and centers during the first half of the current year 2025, and these were addressed according to the regulations and laws governing private training.
Al-Otaibi explained that the most significant violations detected were as follows:
- Failure to renew the training license three months before its expiration.
- Changes in the activated training programs in terms of name, content, duration, or number of hours.
- Manipulation of registration documents, records, or results related to trainees.
- Presence of an unaccredited training or administrative body.
The organization confirmed its commitment to monitoring the compliance of private training establishments with the approved regulations and applying legal penalties to violators to ensure the quality of the training process and protect the rights of trainees.
