بدأت إدارات التعليم في المناطق والمحافظات، إشعار منسوبيها المشمولين بصرف فروقات تحويل الرواتب من التقويم الهجري إلى الميلادي، الذين تأثرت مستحقاتهم جراء التحوّل، بأن العمل جارٍ على الصرف خلال شهر يوليو الجاري.
ووفقاً لمصادر «عكاظ»، فإن المشمولين هم المعينون خلال الأعوام 1439هـ و1440هـ و1441هـ، إذ ورد في نص الإشعار:
«عزيزي الموظفـ/ـة: نشعركم بأنه جارٍ العمل على صرف فرق تحويل الراتب من الهجري للميلادي للمعينين عام 1441/1440/1439».
وكانت «عكاظ» قد انفردت بنشر توجيه وزير التعليم يوسف البنيان، بسرعة صرف فروقات الرواتب الناتجة عن التحوّل، لمن تأثرت مستحقاتهم من منسوبي الوزارة، على أن تُراجع البيانات ويتم الصرف خلال 30 يوم عمل.
يشار الى أن بدء صرف الرواتب بالتقويم الميلادي جاء اعتباراً من 19 ربيع الآخر 1439هـ، بناءً على التوجيه السامي بتوحيد مواعيد صرف رواتب موظفي الدولة في اليوم 27 من كل شهر ميلادي، وتوحيد مواعيد فواتير الخدمات في الأسبوع التالي للصرف.

The education administrations in the regions and governorates have notified their employees who are eligible for the payment of the salary conversion differences from the Hijri calendar to the Gregorian calendar, whose entitlements were affected by the transition, that the payment process is underway during the current month of July.
According to sources from "Okaz," the eligible individuals are those appointed during the years 1439 AH, 1440 AH, and 1441 AH, as stated in the notification text:
“Dear employee: We inform you that work is ongoing to pay the salary conversion difference from Hijri to Gregorian for those appointed in the years 1441/1440/1439.”
“Okaz” had exclusively published the directive from the Minister of Education, Yusuf Al-Bunyan, to expedite the payment of salary differences resulting from the transition for those whose entitlements were affected among the ministry's employees, with the data to be reviewed and payments to be made within 30 working days.
It is noteworthy that the payment of salaries according to the Gregorian calendar began on the 19th of Rabi' al-Thani 1439 AH, based on the royal directive to unify the payment dates for state employees' salaries on the 27th of each Gregorian month, and to unify the service bill dates in the week following the payment.
