يبدأ رئيس مجلس الشورى الدكتور عبدالله إبراهيم آل الشيخ زيارة رسمية إلى مملكة كمبوديا على رأس وفد من المجلس تلبيةً لدعوة رسمية تلقاها من رئيس مجلس الشيوخ في مملكة كمبوديا سامديتش تيكو هون سين.
وتأتي زيارة رئيس مجلس الشورى إلى مملكة كمبوديا في إطار حرص واهتمام القيادة على دعم وتعزيز العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين الصديقين والارتقاء بها إلى مستويات أعلى وأرحب، ودعم العلاقات البرلمانية والارتقاء بأوجه التعاون البرلماني في مختلف المجالات.
ويجري الدكتور عبدالله آل الشيخ خلال الزيارة جلسة مباحثات مع رئيس الجمعية الوطنية لمملكة كمبوديا ماها راثسافياتيكا ثيبادي خون سوداري تتعلق بسبل تعزيز ودعم العلاقات الثنائية والبرلمانية، إضافة إلى لقاء رئيس مجلس الشيوخ الكمبودي سامديتش أكا سينا بادي تيكو هون سين، وعدد من المسؤولين الكمبوديين.
The Chairman of the Shura Council, Dr. Abdullah Ibrahim Al Sheikh, begins an official visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia at the head of a delegation from the council in response to an official invitation received from the President of the Senate in the Kingdom of Cambodia, Samdech Techo Hun Sen.
This visit by the Chairman of the Shura Council to the Kingdom of Cambodia comes as part of the leadership's keen interest in supporting and enhancing the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and elevating them to higher and broader levels, as well as supporting parliamentary relations and enhancing aspects of parliamentary cooperation in various fields.
During the visit, Dr. Abdullah Al Sheikh will hold a session of discussions with the President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Maha Rathsaviyati Ka Thipadi Khun Sudari, regarding ways to enhance and support bilateral and parliamentary relations, in addition to meeting with the President of the Cambodian Senate, Samdech Akka Sena Padi Techo Hun Sen, and a number of Cambodian officials.
