أبرم صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية ثلاثة اتفاقيات تدريب مرتبطة بالتوظيف مع عدد من الجهات المتخصصة، وذلك لدعم تأهيل وتمكين الكوادر الوطنية في القطاع الصناعي، بإجمالي دعم يتجاوز 100 مليون ريال، وذلك برعاية وحضور أمير المنطقة الشرقية الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز.
وتُعد الاتفاقيات امتدادًا لجهود الصندوق في بناء شراكات فعالة تسهم في تمكين مختلف الصناعات في المملكة من تحقيق أهدافها، من خلال تطوير رأس المال البشري ببرامج تدريبية نوعية تستجيب لاحتياجات سوق العمل، وتعزز استدامة التوظيف في قطاعات حيوية تتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
وتنص الاتفاقيات على مساهمة صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية في دعم برامج التدريب والتأهيل، بما يسهم في توفير فرص نوعية للمستفيدين، ويعزز مواءمتهم مع متطلبات سوق العمل المتغيرة.
وشُكِّل فريق عمل مشترك بين الصندوق والجهات الشريكة لمتابعة تنفيذ البرامج وضمان جودة مخرجاتها التدريبية والتوظيفية.
ويجدد صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية من خلال هذه الخطوة تأكيد دوره بوصفه ممكنًا إستراتيجيًّا لسوق العمل، عبر تبني حلول تطويرية تتكامل مع مستهدفات التوطين والتنمية المستدامة في المملكة.

The Human Resources Development Fund has signed three training agreements related to employment with several specialized entities, in order to support the qualification and empowerment of national cadres in the industrial sector, with total support exceeding 100 million riyals, under the patronage and attendance of the Emir of the Eastern Province, Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz.
The agreements are an extension of the Fund's efforts to build effective partnerships that contribute to enabling various industries in the Kingdom to achieve their goals, by developing human capital through quality training programs that respond to labor market needs and enhance employment sustainability in vital sectors that align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The agreements stipulate the Fund's contribution to supporting training and qualification programs, which helps provide quality opportunities for beneficiaries and enhances their alignment with the changing labor market requirements.
A joint working team has been formed between the Fund and the partner entities to follow up on the implementation of the programs and ensure the quality of their training and employment outcomes.
Through this step, the Human Resources Development Fund reaffirms its role as a strategic enabler for the labor market, by adopting developmental solutions that integrate with the objectives of localization and sustainable development in the Kingdom.
