دعت الهيئة العامة للعناية بشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي قاصدي المسجد الحرام إلى الالتزام بإرشادات الوقاية الصحية، وأكّدت أهمية ارتداء الكمامة، واستخدام المعقمات، وغسل اليدين بالماء والصابون بشكل منتظم، واستخدام الأدوات الشخصية وتجنب مشاركتها مع الآخرين، إضافة إلى شرب كميات كافية من الماء لتفادي الجفاف.
وشددت الهيئة على تجنب التزاحم عند الدخول والخروج من المسجد الحرام، والتوجه إلى أقرب مركز صحي عند الشعور بأي عارض صحي، ورمي النفايات في الأماكن المخصصة لضمان بيئة تعبدية آمنة.
وأبانت أن قاصدي المسجد الحرام يحظون بتقديم الرعاية الصحية على مدار 24 ساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع من خلال ثلاثة مراكز للطوارئ بالمسجد الحرام، يقوم على تشغيلها تجمع مكة المكرمة الصحي.
ويقع مركز طوارئ الحرم رقم (1) بالدور الأول بتوسعة الملك فهد، ومركز طوارئ الحرم (3) بالرواق السعودي باب الصفا سابقاً (جوار مصلى الجنائز)، ومركز طوارئ الحرم رقم (4) بالرواق السعودي الدور الأول بجوار جسر أجياد.
ويباشر التجمع، في إطار دوره التكاملي وبالتعاون مع الهيئة العامة للعناية بالمسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي، تقديم الرعاية الأولية والصحية والتوعوية لضيوف الرحمن، بما يحقق الإسهام في توفير خدمات صحية عالية الجودة لقاصدي بيت الله الحرام.

The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has called on visitors to the Sacred Mosque to adhere to health precautionary guidelines. It emphasized the importance of wearing masks, using sanitizers, regularly washing hands with soap and water, using personal items and avoiding sharing them with others, in addition to drinking sufficient amounts of water to prevent dehydration.
The authority stressed the need to avoid crowding when entering and exiting the Sacred Mosque, to head to the nearest health center if feeling any health issue, and to dispose of waste in designated areas to ensure a safe worship environment.
It clarified that visitors to the Sacred Mosque receive healthcare services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through three emergency centers at the Sacred Mosque, operated by the Makkah Health Cluster.
The Emergency Center No. (1) is located on the first floor of the King Fahd Expansion, Emergency Center No. (3) is in the Saudi corridor near the former Bab Al-Safa (next to the funeral prayer area), and Emergency Center No. (4) is in the Saudi corridor on the first floor next to the Ajyad Bridge.
The cluster, as part of its integrative role and in cooperation with the General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques, provides primary, health, and awareness services to the guests of Allah, contributing to the provision of high-quality health services for those visiting the Sacred House of Allah.
