نوّه أمين المنطقة الشرقية المهندس فهد بن محمد الجبير بضرورة متابعة الإنجازات التي حققتها الأمانة خلال النصف الأول من عام 2025، ورفع سقف الطموح لبلوغ النجاحات في تقديم الخدمات البلدية بالمنطقة، وتفعيل كل ما من شأنه تعزيز دور الامتثال، ومعالجة التشوهات البصرية، والنظافة، والصحة العامة. كما أشار لضرورة التركيز على برامج الصيانة الاعتيادية ضمن خدمات الطرق، والكهرباء، والزراعة، وبرامج التحسين، بشكل كامل، وتحديداً فيما يخص الزراعة، من خلال تكثيف زراعة أشجار الظل في الجزر الجانبية بالأنواع المعروفة والمحددة من قبل وزارة الزراعة والبيئة المتناسبة مع أجواء المنطقة.
جاء ذلك خلال الاجتماع الذي عقده الجبير بمقر الأمانة، اليوم (الثلاثاء)؛ لمناقشة إنجازات الأمانة والبلديات في معالجة التشوه البصري بالمنطقة، ضمن أعمال برنامج تحسين المشهد الحضري، ومؤشرات القياس لأداء البلديات، بحضور الوكلاء، ورؤساء البلديات.
واطّلع الجبير على عرض غرفة عمليات تحسين المشهد الحضري، الذي تضمّن مؤشر التشوه البصري لشهر مايو، والذي تضمن التغطية الرقابية في المناطق ذات الأولوية، إضافة إلى التغطية الرقابية في مناطق التوسعة، وجهود الأمانة في تحسين المشهد الحضري وتحديداً في نطاق المناطق ذات الأولوية، وعرض الملاحظات لممثل البلديات، ومناقشة أكثر البلديات بلاغات في نطاق المناطق ذات الأولوية لشهر مايو 2025م.
بعدها، استعرض الجبير جهود الأمانة في معالجة التشوهات البصرية، والتغطية الرقابية لمقاولي النظافة، وطرح التوصيات.
عقب ذلك، اطّلع على تحليل أداء البلديات للربع الأول لكل من رأس تنورة، اللهابة، القليب، والصرار.
وناقش أيضا إحصاء رخص الحفريات الصادرة لشهر مايو 2025 وتوزيعها حسب الجهات الخدمية، وكذلك أعمال الزيارات الرقابية على الحفريات، إذ بلغ إجمالي عدد الرخص 1377 رخصة، بإجمالي أطوال 204.269، كما استعرضت إحصاءات الزيارات الرقابية، التي بلغ إجمالي عددها 5844 زيارة.
واطلع على تقرير بلاغات التشوه البصري للإدارة العامة للموثوقية والأداء من تاريخ 1-1-2025 وحتى 14-6-2025، إذ بلغ عدد المناطق المستهدفة 30.685 منطقة، بإجمالي عدد طلبات 12.285، و41.292 إجمالي البلاغات، كما تضمن العرض بلاغات التشوه البصري في الأمانة، وتم عرض إحصاءات البلاغات بحسب قناة الاتصال، وأعلى خمسة تصنيفات، والتوزيع الجغرافي لها.
واختتم الاجتماع بعرض لإدارة الدعم والتنسيق للربع الثاني 2025، والذي ناقش الاستفادة من المياه المعالجة الثلاثية لري المزروعات، بالتنسيق مع المؤسسة العامة للري.
The Eastern Province Secretary, Engineer Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Jubair, emphasized the necessity of following up on the achievements made by the municipality during the first half of 2025, and raising the ambition to achieve success in providing municipal services in the region, activating everything that would enhance the role of compliance, addressing visual distortions, cleanliness, and public health. He also pointed out the need to focus on routine maintenance programs within the services of roads, electricity, agriculture, and improvement programs, specifically regarding agriculture, by intensifying the planting of shade trees in the side islands with the types known and specified by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment that are suitable for the region's climate.
This came during the meeting held by Al-Jubair at the municipality's headquarters today (Tuesday) to discuss the municipality's and municipalities' achievements in addressing visual distortions in the region, as part of the Urban Scene Improvement Program, and the performance measurement indicators for municipalities, in the presence of the deputies and heads of municipalities.
Al-Jubair reviewed the presentation from the Urban Scene Improvement Operations Room, which included the visual distortion index for May, covering the supervisory coverage in priority areas, in addition to the supervisory coverage in expansion areas, and the municipality's efforts in improving the urban scene, specifically within the priority areas, presenting observations to the municipalities' representative, and discussing the municipalities with the highest number of reports in the priority areas for May 2025.
After that, Al-Jubair reviewed the municipality's efforts in addressing visual distortions, the supervisory coverage of cleaning contractors, and proposed recommendations.
Subsequently, he reviewed the performance analysis of the municipalities for the first quarter for each of Ras Tanura, Al-Lahabah, Al-Qalib, and Al-Sarar.
He also discussed the statistics of excavation permits issued for May 2025 and their distribution according to service entities, as well as the supervisory visit activities on excavations, where the total number of permits reached 1,377 permits, with a total length of 204.269. He also reviewed the statistics of supervisory visits, which totaled 5,844 visits.
He reviewed the report on visual distortion reports from the General Administration of Reliability and Performance from January 1, 2025, to June 14, 2025, where the number of targeted areas reached 30,685 areas, with a total number of requests of 12,285, and a total of 41,292 reports. The presentation also included visual distortion reports in the municipality, and statistics on reports were presented according to the communication channel, the top five classifications, and their geographical distribution.
The meeting concluded with a presentation from the Support and Coordination Department for the second quarter of 2025, which discussed the utilization of treated wastewater for irrigating crops, in coordination with the General Irrigation Authority.
