"Bab Al-Salam" is one of the most prominent historical doors of the Prophet's Mosque leading to the area of Al-Rawda Al-Sharifa, witnessing an increasing density of visitors throughout the day coming from various parts of the world.

The General Authority for the Care of the Prophet's Mosque, in collaboration with security, health, and volunteer agencies, is implementing well-organized operational plans to ensure smooth movement and organize pathways to achieve the highest levels of comfort and safety for visitors. Additionally, the relevant authorities in crowd management are facilitating visitors' access to Al-Rawda Al-Sharifa, allowing them to greet the Prophet Muhammad - peace be upon him - and his companions Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq and Umar Ibn Al-Khattab - may Allah be pleased with them - in a spiritual atmosphere filled with tranquility and reassurance.

The field staff are distributed along the designated visitation route, starting from the reception and crowd management points, passing through waiting areas and internal organization, all the way to Al-Rawda Al-Sharifa, where visitors are directed and informed about the rules and instructions, in addition to providing guidance and translation services to assist non-Arabic speakers.

These continuous efforts are part of an integrated system aimed at preserving the sanctity of the place and achieving the highest standards of security, safety, and comfort for visitors, affirming the great care and attention that the Kingdom gives to the two holy mosques and their visitors, including pilgrims, Umrah performers, and tourists.
