أنشأت وزارة الحج والعمرة غرفة عمليات خاصة لمتابعة أوضاع الحجاج الإيرانيين على مدار الساعة، وتلبية جميع احتياجاتهم في كل من مكة المكرمة، والمدينة المنورة، وذلك إنفاذًا لتوجيه خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود بناءً على ما عرضه ولي العهد بشأن تسهيل جميع احتياجات الحجاج الإيرانيين وتوفير جميع الخدمات لهم حتى تتهيأ الظروف لعودتهم إلى وطنهم وأهليهم سالمين.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن فرق العمل التابعة لها أجرت مراجعة شاملة ودقيقة لمستوى الخدمات المقدمة لهم في مساكنهم، والبالغ عددهم نحو 76 ألف حاج، بما يضمن استمرارية تقديم الخدمة والرعاية بجودة عالية طوال فترة وجودهم في المملكة حتى موعد مغادرتهم.
وعملت وزارة الحج والعمرة بالتنسيق المباشر مع مختلف الجهات المعنية في المملكة، على وضع خطة متكاملة لمغادرتهم وفق ما طلبه الجانب الإيراني المسؤول عن شؤون الحجاج، بما يضمن انسيابية الإجراءات وسلاسة الانتقال في جميع المراحل، وتشمل الخطة مغادرتهم في رحلات داخلية عبر مطاري الملك عبدالعزيز بجدة، ومطار الأمير محمد بن عبدالعزيز بالمدينة المنورة، للانتقال إلى مطار عرعر، ومن ثم انتقالهم إلى منفذ جديدة عرعر البري، لاستكمال رحلتهم برًا إلى إيران.
وبدأ التنفيذ الفعلي للخطة من يوم أمس الجمعة، مع استمرار فرق وزارة الحج والعمرة في تقديم الرعاية الكاملة والخدمة المباشرة للحجاج الإيرانيين حتى مغادرتهم أرض المملكة بسلام وأمان، في إطار العناية الشاملة التي توليها المملكة العربية السعودية لجميع ضيوف الرحمن من مختلف أنحاء العالم.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has established a special operations room to monitor the conditions of Iranian pilgrims around the clock and to meet all their needs in both Mecca and Medina. This is in implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, based on what was presented by the Crown Prince regarding facilitating all the needs of Iranian pilgrims and providing them with all services until the conditions are prepared for their safe return to their homeland and families.
The ministry clarified that its working teams conducted a comprehensive and accurate review of the level of services provided to them in their accommodations, which number around 76,000 pilgrims, ensuring the continuity of service and care with high quality throughout their stay in the Kingdom until their departure.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in direct coordination with various relevant authorities in the Kingdom, has developed a comprehensive plan for their departure as requested by the Iranian side responsible for pilgrimage affairs, ensuring smooth procedures and seamless transitions at all stages. The plan includes their departure on domestic flights via King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah and Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Airport in Medina, to transfer to Arar Airport, and then their transition to the new Arar land crossing to complete their journey by land to Iran.
The actual implementation of the plan began yesterday, Friday, with the continued efforts of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah teams providing full care and direct service to the Iranian pilgrims until their safe departure from the Kingdom, as part of the comprehensive care that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia provides to all guests of Allah from different parts of the world.
