أصدرت وزارة الحج والعمرة توجيهًا عاجلًا إلى شركات ومؤسسات العمرة والوكلاء الخارجيين بضرورة الالتزام بتوثيق عقود إسكان المعتمرين من خلال المنصات الرسمية المعتمدة قبل إصدار أي تأشيرة عمرة.
وأكدت الوزارة في تعميم (حصلت «عكاظ» على نسخة منه) أن خدمة توثيق العقود تتم حصريًا عبر شركات العمرة السعودية ووكلائها الخارجيين من خلال منصة «مسار» ومنصة «نسك» للعام 1447هـ، مشيرة إلى أن إصدار التأشيرة لن يتم إلا بعد التحقق من وجود عقد سكن موثق ومُرخّص من وزارة السياحة.
وشددت الوزارة على أن أي تقصير في هذا الإجراء سيُقابل باتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحق الجهات المخالفة، داعية جميع الشركات والوكلاء إلى الالتزام الكامل بما ورد في التوجيه.
يُذكر أن هذا التعميم يأتي في إطار حرص وزارة الحج والعمرة على تنظيم خدمات ضيوف الرحمن وضمان جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمعتمرين بما يحقق أعلى معايير الراحة والسلامة.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has issued an urgent directive to Umrah companies, institutions, and foreign agents to ensure the documentation of contracts for accommodating pilgrims through the approved official platforms before issuing any Umrah visa.
The ministry confirmed in a circular (which "Okaz" obtained a copy of) that the contract documentation service is exclusively conducted through Saudi Umrah companies and their foreign agents via the "Masar" platform and the "Nusk" platform for the year 1447 AH, noting that the visa will not be issued until it is verified that there is a documented and licensed accommodation contract from the Ministry of Tourism.
The ministry emphasized that any shortcoming in this procedure will result in legal actions being taken against the violating parties, urging all companies and agents to fully comply with the directives.
It is worth mentioning that this circular comes as part of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's commitment to organizing the services for the guests of the Most Merciful and ensuring the quality of services provided to the pilgrims, achieving the highest standards of comfort and safety.
