دعت وزارة الحج والعمرة شركات ومؤسسات العمرة، والوكلاء الخارجيين، إلى الالتزام بتوثيق عقود إسكان المعتمرين في مرافق الضيافة السياحية المرخصة من وزارة السياحة، عبر منصة «نسك مسار»، وذلك ضمن جهودها لضمان جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمعتمرين وتحسين كفاءة التشغيل خلال موسم العمرة.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن إصدار تأشيرات العمرة سيكون مشروطاً بوجود عقد موثق مع مرافق الضيافة السياحية المرخصة من وزارة السياحة، مشيرة إلى أن هذا الإجراء يهدف إلى تنظيم خدمات الضيافة وتقديم تجربة مريحة وآمنة للمعتمرين، من لحظة وصولهم وحتى مغادرتهم.
وبدأ العمل بهذا التوجيه اعتباراً من انطلاق موسم العمرة في 14 ذي الحجة 1446، وفي هذا الإطار شددت الوزارة على أهمية توثيق العقود مبكراً، والالتزام بالضوابط المعتمدة، لتفادي أي تأخير في إصدار التأشيرات أو التعرض لإجراءات نظامية.
ويأتي هذا القرار في إطار التعاون المشترك بين وزارة الحج والعمرة ووزارة السياحة، لتعزيز مستوى التنظيم، وحماية حقوق الزوار، والحد من أي ممارسات قد تؤثر على تجربتهم.
وأكدت الوزارة أنها ستتابع تطبيق هذا القرار، وستتخذ الإجراءات اللازمة تجاه الجهات غير الملتزمة، داعية الجميع إلى التقيد بما ورد، والإسهام في تقديم موسم عمرة متميز يعكس حرص المملكة على خدمة ضيوف الرحمن.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has called on Umrah companies and institutions, as well as foreign agents, to adhere to the documentation of contracts for accommodating pilgrims in tourist hospitality facilities licensed by the Ministry of Tourism, through the "Nusk Masar" platform. This is part of its efforts to ensure the quality of services provided to pilgrims and to improve operational efficiency during the Umrah season.
The ministry clarified that the issuance of Umrah visas will be conditional on having a documented contract with the tourist hospitality facilities licensed by the Ministry of Tourism, noting that this procedure aims to organize hospitality services and provide a comfortable and safe experience for pilgrims, from the moment they arrive until they depart.
This directive has been in effect since the start of the Umrah season on the 14th of Dhu al-Hijjah 1446. In this context, the ministry emphasized the importance of documenting contracts early and adhering to the approved regulations to avoid any delays in visa issuance or facing regulatory procedures.
This decision comes as part of the joint cooperation between the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the Ministry of Tourism to enhance the level of organization, protect the rights of visitors, and limit any practices that may affect their experience.
The ministry confirmed that it will monitor the implementation of this decision and will take necessary actions against non-compliant entities, urging everyone to adhere to the stated guidelines and contribute to providing a distinguished Umrah season that reflects the Kingdom's commitment to serving the guests of Allah.
