نيابة عن خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، سلّم نائب أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة نائب رئيس اللجنة الدائمة للحج والعمرة الأمير سعود بن مشعل بن عبدالعزيز، كسوة الكعبة المشرفة لسدنة بيت الله الحرام.
ووقع محاضر التسليم، وزير الحج والعمرة رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للعناية بشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي الدكتور توفيق الربيعة، ونائب كبير سدنة بيت الله الحرام عبدالملك بن طه الشيبي.
وتأتي مراسم التسليم إيذانًا باستبدال كسوة الكعبة المشرفة في غرة محرم 1447هـ، بعد أن أتمت الهيئة صناعة الكسوة الجديدة لهذا العام، والتي تُصنع بمجمع الملك عبدالعزيز لكسوة الكعبة المشرفة، باستخدام الحرير الطبيعي المصبوغ باللون الأسود، ويبلغ ارتفاع الثوب (14) مترًا، وفي الثلث الأعلى منه يوجد حزام عرضه (95) سنتيمترًا وطوله (47) مترًا، مكون من (16) قطعة محاطة بشكل مربع من الزخارف الإسلامية.
وتأتي مراسم التسليم ضمن الاستعدادات والمراحل المتبعة لاستبدال كسوة الكعبة المشرفة المقررة مطلع العام 1447هـ، بما يعكس اهتمام القيادة -رعاها الله- وعنايتها لجميع المراحل منذ بدأ التصنيع وحتى إتمام الاستبدال.
On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Deputy Emir of the Makkah Region and Vice Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah, Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, handed over the Kiswah of the Holy Kaaba to the caretakers of the Sacred House of Allah.
The handover documents were signed by the Minister of Hajj and Umrah and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, and the Deputy Chief of the Caretakers of the Sacred House of Allah, Abdulmalik bin Tahah Al-Shaibi.
The handover ceremony marks the replacement of the Kiswah of the Holy Kaaba at the beginning of Muharram 1447 AH, after the authority completed the production of the new Kiswah for this year, which is made at the King Abdulaziz Complex for the Kiswah of the Holy Kaaba, using natural silk dyed black. The height of the garment is (14) meters, and in the upper third of it, there is a belt that is (95) centimeters wide and (47) meters long, consisting of (16) pieces surrounded by a square shape of Islamic decorations.
The handover ceremony is part of the preparations and stages followed for the replacement of the Kiswah of the Holy Kaaba scheduled for the beginning of the year 1447 AH, reflecting the leadership's - may Allah protect them - interest and care for all stages from the start of manufacturing to the completion of the replacement.
