On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Supreme Commander of all military forces, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, received today at the royal court in Mina, those congratulating him on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, including His Excellency Mr. Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and their Royal Highnesses, the princes, the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom, esteemed scholars and sheikhs, senior invitees from the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, ministers, military sector leaders participating in this year's Hajj, and leaders of the scouting family in the Kingdom participating in the pilgrimage.

The reception ceremony began with the recitation of clear verses from the Holy Quran.

The Prime Minister, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, delivered a speech on this occasion, in which he said: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the trustworthy Prophet and his family and companions. Brothers, leaders of the military and security sectors and their personnel, esteemed attendees. Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings. On behalf of my master, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz — may Allah protect him — we are pleased to congratulate you and the citizens and residents, and the pilgrims of the Sacred House of Allah on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, asking Allah Almighty to return it to our country and to Muslims around the world with goodness and peace.

What we witnessed today of continuous success in serving the guests of Allah comes as a result of the efforts of our blessed nation in serving the Two Holy Mosques and the sacred sites and their visitors. We will continue — with Allah's will and strength — to exert all efforts to provide comfort for the guests of Allah.

We commend the continuous efforts you and the workers in various state sectors, and the volunteers, both men and women, have made in implementing the state’s policy to enable the pilgrims to complete their rituals in safety and tranquility.

We ask Allah Almighty to grant us the blessing of security and safety, and to help us continue to fulfill this great duty to the best of our ability.

The Director of Public Security and Chairman of the Security Committee for Hajj, Lieutenant General Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Basami, delivered a speech on behalf of the military sectors participating in Hajj, highlighting the resources, human capabilities, and technical preparations that the state has dedicated to serving the guests of Allah, as it has provided the utmost care for the Sacred Mosque and its visitors. He expressed the pride and honor felt by the participants in implementing the Hajj security plans, numbering (213,323) from the security and military sectors, in executing the leadership's directives to facilitate the performance of Hajj rituals safely and securely, relying on Allah and fortified by their professional capabilities, field experiences, and knowledge gained from the vision of the Kingdom led by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, making the service of the guests of Allah one of their top priorities and noblest goals.

He pointed out that the successes achieved in the Hajj security plans up to this moment are the result of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the unlimited support of the Crown Prince for the continuous elevation of the service provided to the guests of Allah, as well as the supervision and follow-up of His Royal Highness the Minister of Interior, Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee, on the preparation and implementation of the Hajj security plans and the integration of roles among all participating entities, where all plans were built on precise foundations and clear responsibilities, supported by an advanced operations center that plays an important role in managing the security and service system, utilizing all advanced technologies and modern surveillance systems, and making immediate decisions through data analysis and risk assessment to ensure the safety and security of the pilgrims of the Sacred House of Allah.

The Director of Public Security praised the support that the Hajj security plans received from the Governor of the Makkah Region, Chairman of the Central Hajj Committee, and His Highness the Deputy, as well as the Governor of the Madinah Region, Chairman of the Hajj and Umrah Committee, in enhancing the performance and organization of Hajj indicators aimed at improving the quality of services provided to the guests of Allah.

After that, Colonel Mishal bin Muhamas Al-Harithi recited a poem on this occasion.

Following this, everyone had the honor of greeting His Royal Highness the Crown Prince.

At the conclusion of the reception ceremony, everyone enjoyed lunch with His Royal Highness the Crown Prince.
