أعلنت الهيئة العامة للإحصاء اليوم أن إجمالي أعداد الحجاج هذا العام 1446 بلغ (1,673,230) حاجًّا وحاجَّة، منهم (1,506,576) حاجًّا وحاجَّة قدموا من خارج المملكة عبر المنافذ المختلفة، فيما بلغ عدد حجاج الداخل (166,654) حاجًّا وحاجَّة، من المواطنين والمقيمين.
وبيَّنت الهيئة في نتائجها الإحصائية لحج هذا العام أن عدد الحجاج الذكور من الإجمالي العام لأعداد حجاج الداخل والخارج بلغ (877,841) حاجًّا، بينما بلغ عدد الحاجَّات الإناث من الإجمالي العام لأعداد حجاج الداخل والخارج (795,389) حاجَّةً.
وحول إحصاءات الحجاج القادمين من خارج المملكة، أوضحت الهيئة طُرق قدوم الحجاج من خارج المملكة، حيث وصل (1,435,017) حاجًّا وحاجَّة عن طريق المنافذ الجوية، بينما وصل (66,465) حاجَّا وحاجَّة عن طريق المنافذ البرية، فيما وصل عن طريق المنافذ البحرية (5,094) حاجًّا وحاجَّة.
يذكر أن الهيئة العامة للإحصاء اعتمدت في إصدار البيانات والمؤشرات الإحصائية لموسم حج عام 1446/2025 على بيانات السجلات الإدارية من وزارة الداخلية بوصفها المصدر الرئيسي للبيانات، لتوفير بيانات سجلية عالية الدقة والموثوقية لإحصاءات الحج وفق نموذج موحَّد يشمل عددًا من العناصر، وذلك امتدادًا للنهج الإحصائي الذي تم اتباعه خلال الأعوام الخمسة الماضية.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن الهيئة العامة للإحصاء هي المرجع الإحصائي الرسمي والوحيد للبيانات والمعلومات الإحصائية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتقوم بتنفيذ الأعمال الإحصائية، والإشراف الفني على القطاع الإحصائي، وتصميم وتنفيذ المسوح الميدانية، وإجراء الدراسات والبحوث الإحصائية، وتحليل البيانات والمعلومات، وأعمال توثيق وحفظ المعلومات والبيانات الإحصائية التي تُغطي جميع جوانب الحياة في المملكة العربية السعودية مِنْ مصادرها المُتعددة، وتدوينها وتبويبها وتحليلها واستخراج مؤشراتها الإحصائية.
وبهذه المناسبة رفع رئيس الهيئة العامة للإحصاء الدكتور فهد بن عبدالله الدوسري باسمه واسم جميع منسوبي الهيئة الشكر والتقدير لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، على ما تم توفيره من سبل الراحة المختلفة لضيوف الرحمن، سائلًا المولى عز وجل أن يوفق جميع الجهات الحكومية في المملكة لتقديم خدماتٍ مميزةٍ لحجاج بيت الله الحرام، وأن يتقبل من الحجيج حجهم ويعيدهم إلى أهلهم وديارهم وأوطانهم سالمين غانمين.
The General Authority for Statistics announced today that the total number of pilgrims this year 1446 reached (1,673,230) male and female pilgrims, of whom (1,506,576) came from outside the Kingdom through various entry points, while the number of domestic pilgrims was (166,654) male and female pilgrims, including citizens and residents.
The Authority indicated in its statistical results for this year's Hajj that the number of male pilgrims from the total number of domestic and foreign pilgrims reached (877,841), while the number of female pilgrims from the total number of domestic and foreign pilgrims was (795,389).
Regarding the statistics of pilgrims coming from outside the Kingdom, the Authority clarified the methods of arrival for pilgrims from abroad, noting that (1,435,017) male and female pilgrims arrived via air entry points, while (66,465) male and female pilgrims arrived via land entry points, and (5,094) male and female pilgrims arrived via sea entry points.
It is worth mentioning that the General Authority for Statistics relied on administrative record data from the Ministry of Interior as the primary source for issuing data and statistical indicators for the Hajj season of 1446/2025, to provide highly accurate and reliable record data for Hajj statistics according to a unified model that includes several elements, continuing the statistical approach followed over the past five years.
It should be noted that the General Authority for Statistics is the official and sole statistical reference for data and statistical information in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It carries out statistical work, provides technical supervision over the statistical sector, designs and implements field surveys, conducts statistical studies and research, analyzes data and information, and documents and preserves statistical information and data covering all aspects of life in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from its multiple sources, recording, classifying, analyzing, and extracting its statistical indicators.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the General Authority for Statistics, Dr. Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Dosari, expressed his gratitude and appreciation on behalf of himself and all the Authority's staff to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, for the various comforts provided to the guests of Allah. He prayed to Allah Almighty to grant all government agencies in the Kingdom success in providing distinguished services to the pilgrims of the Sacred House of Allah and to accept their Hajj, returning them safely and soundly to their families, homes, and countries.
