تباشر قوات الدفاع المدني بمشعر عرفة منذ ساعات الصباح الأولى ليوم عرفة مهماتها في مسجد نمرة وساحاته الخارجية، وجبل الرحمة والمناطق المحيطة به، في إطار خطة ميدانية دقيقة؛ تهدف إلى تنفيذ أعمال الدفاع المدني عند الحاجة، وتقديم الخدمات الإنسانية.
وتندرج هذه الجهود في تعزيز الجوانب الوقائية في المشعر، ورفع جاهزية المراكز الميدانية، كما يشارك المتطوعون في مساندة قوات الدفاع المدني من خلال البرنامج التنفيذي للعمل التطوعي بالحج، الذي يُنفّذ في مناطق متعددة منها مسجد نمرة وجبل الرحمة، كما تشمل مهماتهم الميدانية المشاركة في عمليات الإخلاء والإنقاذ، والتوعية الوقائية والصحية لضيوف الرحمن.
وتعكس هذه الجهود التكامل بين الجهات الرسمية والمتطوعين في تقديم نموذج رائد في التعامل مع المواقع ذات الكثافة العالية، حيث تُسهم الخطط المدروسة والتقنيات الحديثة، إلى جانب الحضور الفعّال للكوادر البشرية، في تيسير أداء المناسك، وتوفير بيئة آمنة ومطمئنة لحجاج بيت الله الحرام، في يوم يُعدّ من أعظم أيام الإسلام، وأكثرها كثافة على مستوى الحضور والتنقل.
The Civil Defense forces at the Arafat site have begun their tasks since the early hours of Arafat Day in the Namira Mosque and its external areas, Mount Mercy, and the surrounding regions, as part of a precise field plan aimed at executing civil defense operations when needed and providing humanitarian services.
These efforts are part of enhancing preventive measures at the site and increasing the readiness of field centers. Volunteers also participate in supporting the Civil Defense forces through the executive program for voluntary work during Hajj, which is implemented in various areas including Namira Mosque and Mount Mercy. Their field tasks include participating in evacuation and rescue operations, as well as providing preventive and health awareness for the guests of Allah.
These efforts reflect the integration between official entities and volunteers in presenting a pioneering model for handling high-density sites, where well-studied plans and modern technologies, along with the effective presence of human resources, contribute to facilitating the performance of rituals and providing a safe and reassuring environment for the pilgrims of the Sacred House of Allah on a day considered one of the greatest days in Islam and one of the most densely populated in terms of presence and movement.
