أنهت بلدية محافظة قرية العليا إجراءات ترسية عدد من الفرص الاستثمارية لمشاريع تنموية وخدمية في مواقع مختلفة من المدينة، تصل قيمتها التعاقدية إلى أكثر من مليون ريال.
من جهته أوضح رئيس بلدية محافظة قرية العليا الدكتور مهندس أحمد بن غرم الله الغامدي أن البلدية قامت خلال الربع الأول من عام ٢٠٢٥ بتوقيع عدد من العقود الاستثمارية تمثلت في إنشاء وتشغيل وصيانة موقع خدمات الفحص الفني الدوري للمركبات بالمدينة، إضافة إلى توقيع عقد تشغيل وصيانة وإدارة سوق تجاري بالمحافظة.
ونوه الغامدي إلى أن بلدية محافظة قرية العليا تسعى إلى تطوير المنظومة الاستثمارية وتنويع الأنشطة فيها وانعكاسها الإيجابي على المستفيدين لتقديم خدمات متكاملة تلبي احتياجات السكان والعمل على تحقيق جودة الحياة في المحافظة.
The Municipality of Al-Qariah Al-Ulya Governorate has completed the procedures for awarding several investment opportunities for developmental and service projects in various locations in the city, with a contractual value exceeding one million riyals.
In this regard, the Mayor of Al-Qariah Al-Ulya Governorate, Dr. Engineer Ahmed bin Gharamallah Al-Ghamdi, clarified that the municipality signed several investment contracts during the first quarter of 2025, which included the establishment, operation, and maintenance of a periodic technical inspection service site for vehicles in the city, in addition to signing a contract for the operation, maintenance, and management of a commercial market in the governorate.
Al-Ghamdi noted that the Municipality of Al-Qariah Al-Ulya is striving to develop the investment system and diversify its activities, reflecting positively on beneficiaries to provide integrated services that meet the needs of residents and work towards achieving quality of life in the governorate.
