The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visits, implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, continues to provide its services to the guests of Allah in moving scenes that reflect the level of hospitality and care.
Qualified teams accompany the pilgrims throughout their journey, taking care of their special needs, considering health conditions, languages, and cultural aspects, through 14 specialized committees that operate smoothly to serve the guests from the moment they arrive until they complete their rituals.
The services also vary to include comfortable transportation, accommodation close to the holy mosque, medical care, special meals, and translators in multiple languages, along with accompanying activities such as the Holy Quran exhibition and a visit to the Kaaba's covering factory.
This year, the program hosted 2,443 male and female pilgrims from more than 100 countries, in a comprehensive spiritual experience that reflects the Kingdom's interest in caring for its guests and enhances its presence in serving Islam and Muslims, through a unique model that combines efficiency, organization, and a humanitarian dimension.
