دخل حيز التنفيذ بدءاً من الأول من ذي الحجة، موعد حسم 100% من قيمة حجز حملات الحج لحجاج الداخل في حال إلغاء الحجز؛ وذلك وفقاً للتنظيمات الخاصة بالحج لحجاج الداخل، التي نصت على حالات الإلغاء قبل صدور التصريح، وتضمنت حسم كامل المبلغ 100%، الذي يطبق في حالة الإلغاء اعتباراً من 1 ذي الحجة وما بعده.
ويستثنى من ذلك، حالات حددتها وزارة الحج، وتشمل وفاة المتقدم الرئيسي أو الزوجة في حالة وفاة الزوج، كما يمكن استرداد المبالغ كذلك في حالات الحوادث المرورية التي تمنع من أداء الفريضة مع تقديم إثبات رسمي، الحوادث الجنائية، إضافة إلى العجز الصحي الذي يستلزم التنويم في المستشفى، بشرط تقديم تقرير طبي من مستشفى حكومي أو تقرير مصدق من الشؤون الصحية إذا كان صادراً عن مستشفى خاص.
وسبق أن أكدت وزارة الحج، ضرورة إلغاء الحجز عبر المسار الإلكتروني أو تطبيق «نسك» لاسترداد المبالغ المدفوعة، التي أتيحت بعملية دفع ميسرة عبر إمكانية تقسيط تكلفة الباقات على ثلاث دفعات، إذ يجب دفع 20% من قيمة الحجز خلال 72 ساعة من تأكيد الحجز، ثم يتم سداد 40% حتى 20 رمضان 1446هـ، بينما تسدد الدفعة الأخيرة البالغة 40% حتى 20 شوال 1446هـ.

The implementation began on the first of Dhu al-Hijjah, the date for a 100% deduction of the value of Hajj campaign reservations for domestic pilgrims in the event of cancellation; this is in accordance with the regulations specific to Hajj for domestic pilgrims, which stipulate the cases of cancellation before the issuance of the permit, and include a full deduction of 100%, which applies in the event of cancellation starting from 1 Dhu al-Hijjah and thereafter.
Exempted from this are cases specified by the Ministry of Hajj, including the death of the main applicant or the spouse in the case of the husband's death. Refunds can also be made in cases of traffic accidents that prevent the performance of the obligation, with the submission of official proof, criminal incidents, in addition to health disabilities that require hospitalization, provided that a medical report from a government hospital or a certified report from health authorities is submitted if issued by a private hospital.
The Ministry of Hajj had previously confirmed the necessity of canceling the reservation through the electronic pathway or the "Nusk" application to recover the paid amounts, which were made available through an easy payment process allowing the cost of the packages to be divided into three installments. It is required to pay 20% of the reservation value within 72 hours of confirming the reservation, then 40% must be paid by the 20th of Ramadan 1446 AH, while the final installment of 40% is to be paid by the 20th of Shawwal 1446 AH.
