في بيان رسمي صدر اليوم (الأربعاء)، كشفت السفارة السعودية في الجمهورية التركية ملابسات حادثة سقوط طفل سعودي في نهر «هالديزان» الواقع في بلدة «أوزونغول» التابعة لمحافظة طرابزون شمالي تركيا، التي تم تداولها على نطاق واسع عبر وسائل الإعلام ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي خلال الساعات الماضية.
وأكدت السفارة عبر حسابها الرسمي بمنصة «X»، أنها ومنذ اللحظات الأولى لوقوع الحادث، باشرت بالتنسيق الفوري مع عائلة الطفل، كما تواصلت مباشرة مع الجهات التركية المختصة التي أبدت تعاوناً كبيراً، وشرعت فوراً في تنفيذ عمليات بحث مكثفة في محيط المنطقة والنهر.
وأعربت السفارة عن خالص شكرها وتقديرها للسلطات التركية على تجاوبها السريع والجهود الكبيرة المبذولة للعثور على الطفل، مشيرة إلى أن عمليات البحث لا تزال مستمرة بمشاركة فرق إنقاذ مختصة.
واختتمت السفارة بيانها بالتضرع إلى الله بأن تتكلل الجهود بالنجاح في العثور على الطفل، مؤكدة حرصها على متابعة مجريات الحادثة أولاً بأول، والتواصل مع الجهات المعنية لضمان تقديم كل ما يلزم من دعم ومساندة.
وتعد منطقة أوزونغول من الوجهات السياحية الشهيرة التي يرتادها الكثير من السعوديين والخليجيين، خصوصاً خلال فصل الصيف، لما تتمتع به من طبيعة خلابة ومناخ معتدل.
In an official statement issued today (Wednesday), the Saudi embassy in the Republic of Turkey revealed the circumstances surrounding the incident of a Saudi child falling into the "Haldizan" river located in the town of "Uzungöl," part of the Trabzon province in northern Turkey, which has been widely circulated through media and social media platforms in recent hours.
The embassy confirmed through its official account on the platform "X" that, from the very first moments of the incident, it began immediate coordination with the child's family, and also directly contacted the relevant Turkish authorities, who showed great cooperation and immediately started intensive search operations in the surrounding area and the river.
The embassy expressed its sincere thanks and appreciation to the Turkish authorities for their swift response and the significant efforts made to find the child, noting that search operations are still ongoing with the participation of specialized rescue teams.
The embassy concluded its statement by praying to God that the efforts would be successful in finding the child, affirming its commitment to follow up on the developments of the incident continuously and to communicate with the relevant authorities to ensure that all necessary support and assistance is provided.
Uzungöl is considered one of the popular tourist destinations frequented by many Saudis and Gulf nationals, especially during the summer season, due to its stunning nature and moderate climate.
