دشن وزير الداخلية الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، اليوم، عدداً من المشروعات التابعة للوزارة بمنطقة مكة المكرمة، بحضور نائب أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة الأمير سعود بن مشعل بن عبدالعزيز.
وتأتي هذه المشروعات في إطار دعم واهتمام القيادة الحكيمة لتوفير متطلبات العمل الأمني كافة؛ بما يعزز أداء القطاعات الأمنية في تنفيذ مهماتها للمحافظة على أمن وسلامة المواطنين والمقيمين والزوار.
وشملت المشروعات نادي منسوبي وزارة الداخلية في جدة الذي يقدم خدمات تدريبية وتعليمية متكاملة لمنسوبي ومنسوبات الوزارة، ويضم مرافق رياضية وصحية متنوعة.
كما دشن إصلاحية الطائف التابعة للمديرية العامة للسجون، حيث تضم مباني سكنية وخدمية ومدرسة ومركزاً صحياً، إلى جانب الورش التدريبية التخصصية.
وستسهم الإصلاحية في تعزيز الأمن المجتمعي وتحقيق مستهدفات الخطة الإستراتيجية للمديرية العامة للسجون في تحويل كافة مقار السجون إلى مراكز تأهيلية تخصصية تعمل على إعادة تأهيل نزلاء السجون وإعادة دمجهم في المجتمع.
Today, the Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, inaugurated a number of projects affiliated with the ministry in the Makkah region, in the presence of the Deputy Governor of Makkah Region, Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz.
These projects come as part of the wise leadership's support and interest in providing all the requirements for security work; enhancing the performance of security sectors in carrying out their missions to maintain the safety and security of citizens, residents, and visitors.
The projects included the Ministry of Interior's staff club in Jeddah, which offers comprehensive training and educational services for the ministry's employees, and includes various sports and health facilities.
Additionally, the Taif Correctional Facility, affiliated with the General Directorate of Prisons, was inaugurated, which includes residential and service buildings, a school, and a health center, along with specialized training workshops.
The correctional facility will contribute to enhancing community security and achieving the strategic plan objectives of the General Directorate of Prisons in transforming all prison locations into specialized rehabilitation centers that work on rehabilitating inmates and reintegrating them into society.
