وأوضح تجمع مكة أنه على الفور، تم إجراء تقييم طبي عاجل للمريض تبين من خلاله وجود تضيق شديد في الشريان التاجي الرئيسي الأيسر، ما استدعى التدخل الجراحي الفوري لإنقاذه. وتم نقل المريض إلى غرفة العمليات، وأُجريت له عملية جراحة مجازة الشريان التاجي (CABG) شملت ثلاث وصلات شريانية دقيقة. وأشار تجمع مكة الصحي إلى أن الفترة ما بعد الجراحة تميزت بالاستقرار التام، دون تسجيل أي مضاعفات، إذ تلقى الحاج الرعاية الطبية المكثفة من الفريق التمريضي والطبي المتخصص، وتماثل للتعافي الكامل، ومن المتوقع التحاقه بحملته قريبًا لاستكمال مناسك الحج بصحة جيدة.

The Makkah Health Cluster explained that an urgent medical assessment was immediately conducted for the patient, which revealed severe narrowing of the left main coronary artery, necessitating immediate surgical intervention to save him. The patient was transferred to the operating room, where he underwent coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery involving three precise arterial connections. The Makkah Health Cluster indicated that the post-surgery period was characterized by complete stability, with no complications recorded, as the pilgrim received intensive medical care from the specialized nursing and medical team, and he has shown signs of full recovery. He is expected to rejoin his group soon to complete the Hajj rituals in good health.
