أمير تبوك: دور مهم للسجون في الإصلاح والتأهيل

The Emir of the Tabuk Region, Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, received the annual report of the Prisons Directorate in the region for the year 2024, which included the efforts of the Prisons Directorate in the region, the developmental works for reformatories and prisons, the future plans for prisons in the region, and the programs and activities targeting inmates to contribute to their rehabilitation and preparation to become active members of society after their release. This came during his meeting in his office at the emirate with the Director of Prisons in the region, Brigadier General Saad bin Wazea Al-Qahtani. The Emir of Tabuk congratulated the region's prisons for achieving second place as the best prison administration in the region for the Director General of Prisons Award for Excellence for the year 2024, wishing them success.

The Emir of Tabuk emphasized the important role of prisons through rehabilitation and reform programs, noting the support provided by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince, as well as the follow-up by the Minister of Interior for inmates and their families.

For his part, Brigadier General Al-Qahtani expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Emir of Tabuk for his interest and follow-up on the progress of work in the region's prisons and the development of the services provided therein.
