تكثّف الجهات الحكومية بالمدينة المنورة أعمالها الميدانية لتفويج الحجاج إلى مكة المكرمة عبر مراكز تفويج الحافلات، وميقات ذي الحليفة على مدار الساعة، وعبر قطار الحرمين السريع.
ويشهد ميقات ذي الحليفة كثافة في أعمال تفويج الحجاج إلى مكة وسط منظومة من الخدمات الميدانية، ويتوافد ضيوف الرحمن إلى الميقات، كل يوم، وسط جهود مكثّفة تبذلها هيئة تطوير المدينة المنورة الجهة المشرفة على الجامع مع توفير خدمات التوعية والإرشاد بلغات عدة، وتوفير المصاحف داخل المسجد، والكراسي المتحركة لخدمة كبار السن وللأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، ومصادر سقيا المياه، ونقاط الوضوء، وخدمات النظافة، وإرشاد التائهين إلى مواقع الحافلات، إلى جانب الخدمات الأمنية التي تقدم على مدار الساعة.
وتواكب أعمال تصعيد الحجاج من ميقات ذي الحليفة ومركز تفويج حجاج البر بالمدينة المنورة جهود الرعاية الصحية الأولية، التي تقدمها الفرق الميدانية التابعة لوزارة الصحة، وهيئة الهلال الأحمر، من خلال تهيئة المركبات المجهزة والكوادر البشرية والتطوعية للتعامل مع مختلف الحالات الصحية في مسجد الميقات ومحيطه.
وتشهد أعمال تفويج الحجاج بطريق الهجرة بالمدينة المنورة كثافة عالية وسط منظومة من الخدمات الأمنية والصحية، وخدمات الإرشاد والتوجيه الميداني للحافلات، للتأكد من تيسير حركة وانتقال الحجاج لمكة المكرمة بكل سهولة وتنسيق متكامل بين جميع الجهات ذات العلاقة بأعمال الحج.
كما تبذل كافة القطاعات المعنية جهودها لتقديم خدماتها لضيوف الرحمن، إذ تواصل قوات الدفاع المدني بالمدينة المنورة أعمال الإشراف الوقائي لتوفير أعلى درجات السلامة لزوار المسجد النبوي، والتأكد من سلامة دور الإيواء السياحي والمنشآت، والوقوف على كفاءة أنظمة السلامة وجميع الاشتراطات، والتزامها بتعليمات الدفاع المدني لسلامة ضيوف الرحمن.

7000 وحدة إنارة في مسجد الميقات
مسجد الميقات شهد تطوير منظومة من الخدمات تضمنت تركيب 40 مروحة رذاذ مائي لترطيب الأجواء، وتجهيز 100 منصة لسقيا الماء في الساحات الجديدة، إلى جانب تطوير منظومة الإضاءة عبر 7 آلاف وحدة إنارة جديدة، وتحسين الأنظمة الصوتية باستخدام 190 سماعةً ومكبّر صوت بتقنيات حديثة، إضافةً إلى تطوير وتأهيل أكثر من 1300 دورة مياه ونقطة وضوء، ووضع خطط تشغيلية تضمن انسيابية حركة الحافلات في المنطقة المحيطة بالميقات.
كما تتواصل أعمال تفويج الحجاج عبر قطار الحرمين، وتتضمن خطة التشغيل الخاصة بموسم الحج، التي تنفذها «سار» عبر قطار الحرمين السريع، توفير أكثر من مليوني مقعد عبر أكثر من 4700 رحلة بين مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة، مروراً بمحطة مطار الملك عبدالعزيز الدولي بجدة، ومحطة مدينة الملك عبدالله الاقتصادية برابغ.
The government agencies in Medina are intensifying their field operations to facilitate the flow of pilgrims to Mecca through the bus flow centers and the Dhul-Hulaifah Miqat around the clock, as well as via the Haramain High-Speed Train.
The Dhul-Hulaifah Miqat is witnessing a high volume of operations for the flow of pilgrims to Mecca, supported by a system of field services. Every day, the guests of the Most Merciful arrive at the miqat, amidst intensive efforts made by the Medina Development Authority, which oversees the mosque, providing awareness and guidance services in several languages, as well as supplying copies of the Quran inside the mosque, wheelchairs for the elderly and persons with disabilities, water sources, ablution points, cleaning services, and guiding the lost to the bus locations, in addition to the security services provided around the clock.
The operations for the elevation of pilgrims from the Dhul-Hulaifah Miqat and the land pilgrimage flow center in Medina are accompanied by primary healthcare efforts provided by field teams from the Ministry of Health and the Red Crescent Authority, through the preparation of equipped vehicles and human and volunteer resources to handle various health cases in the mosque and its surroundings.
The flow of pilgrims along the Migration Road in Medina is experiencing a high density amidst a system of security and health services, as well as field guidance and direction services for the buses, to ensure the smooth movement and transfer of pilgrims to Mecca with ease and integrated coordination among all relevant parties involved in the Hajj operations.
All concerned sectors are making efforts to provide services to the guests of the Most Merciful, as the Civil Defense forces in Medina continue their preventive supervision to ensure the highest levels of safety for visitors to the Prophet's Mosque, verifying the safety of tourist accommodation and facilities, assessing the efficiency of safety systems and all requirements, and ensuring compliance with Civil Defense instructions for the safety of the guests of the Most Merciful.

7000 Lighting Units in the Miqat Mosque
The Miqat Mosque has witnessed the development of a system of services that included the installation of 40 mist fans to cool the atmosphere, the preparation of 100 water supply platforms in the new courtyards, in addition to the development of the lighting system with 7,000 new lighting units, and the improvement of sound systems using 190 speakers and amplifiers with modern technologies, along with the development and rehabilitation of more than 1,300 restrooms and ablution points, and the establishment of operational plans to ensure the smooth movement of buses in the area surrounding the miqat.
Additionally, the flow of pilgrims via the Haramain Train continues, and the operational plan for the Hajj season, implemented by "SAR" through the Haramain High-Speed Train, includes providing more than two million seats across more than 4,700 trips between Mecca and Medina, passing through King Abdulaziz International Airport station in Jeddah and King Abdullah Economic City station in Rabigh.
