رعى أمير منطقة تبوك الأمير فهد بن سلطان بن عبدالعزيز، مساء اليوم، بحضور نائب أمير المنطقة الأمير خالد بن سعود بن عبدالله بن فيصل بن عبدالعزيز، حفل جائزة أمير تبوك للتفوق العلمي والتميز في عامها الـ38.
وكان في استقباله لدى وصوله مقر الحفل، رئيس جامعة تبوك رئيس اللجنة العليا للجائزة الدكتور عبدالعزيز بن سالم الغامدي وأعضاء لجنة الجائزة.
وبدأ الحفل الخطابي بآيات من القرآن الكريم، ثم ألقيت كلمة المتفوقين والمتفوقات في التحصيل العلمي، ألقتها نيابة عنهم الطالبة حنين عيد الحويطي، عبّرت من خلالها عن سعادتها وزملائها الطلاب والطالبات بنيل الجائزة، التي منحتهم دافعا للعطاء، وشجعتهم على بذل المزيد من الجهود في سبيل نيل هذا الشرف اليوم.
عقب ذلك ألقى رئيس جامعة تبوك رئيس اللجنة العليا للجائزة كلمة أعرب فيها عن شكره وتقديره لأمير المنطقة على رعايته للجائزة، مؤكداً أن بناء مستقبل الإنسان يبدأ ببناء الإنسان، من حيث الاهتمام بالمتميزين، ورعاية المواهب وتنمية القدرات البشرية، مبيناً أن الجائزة تمثل رسالة سامية تجسد معاني الرعاية والاعتناء لأبناء وبنات المنطقة، وصورة مشرقة لاهتمامه بالجوانب العلمية من تفوق وإبداع وابتكار.
بعد ذلك كرّم أمير تبوك الفائزين والفائزات بالجائزة، إذ فاز في مجال التميز بالإبداع والابتكار الدكتورة غدير بنت حسن البلوي والدكتورة عواطف بنت محفوظ عبدالمجيد؛ نظير إسهاماتهما في العديد من المجالات البحثية والعلمية والابتكارية في مجالات تعزيز الاستدامة البيئية وتطوير الحلول التقنية في معالجة المياه، وتعزيز السلامة البيئية والأمن الغذائي لتحسين الملوحة باستخدام مركبات كيميائية في الزراعة.
وفي مجال الخدمة المجتمعية (أفراد)، فاز كل من الدكتور منصور بن علي الغامدي، وفهد بن عياضة العنزي، والدكتور محمد تنفير رازا؛ نظير إسهاماتهم في العديد من المجالات المجتمعية والخيرية في جوانب برامج التعافي الإرشادية، وبرامج التنمية الأسرية والتوعوية للفتيات، والرعاية الصحية، وفي مجال التميز بالخدمة المجتمعية (منشآت)، فازت جمعية طفلي الطبية بمنطقة تبوك.
ثم كرم أمير تبوك الفائزين والفائزات في مجال التفوق العلمي البالغ عددهم 27 فائزاً وفائزة، متمنياً لهم دوام التوفيق والسداد.
وقال الأمير فهد بن سلطان في تصريح صحفي بهذه المناسبة: «الفرحة كبيرة اليوم، خاصة ونحن نشاهد المتخرجين والمكرَّمين من أبناء هذا البرنامج الممتد منذ 38 عاماً، ممن أصبحوا اليوم أطباء ومهندسين وضباطاً وطيّارين، بل حتى رجال أعمال ناجحين في مختلف مجالات الحياة، إنها لحظة فخر حقيقية»، سائلاً الله لهم دوام التوفيق والاستمرار في هذا الطريق المشرف.
The Prince of the Tabuk region, Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, attended this evening, in the presence of the Deputy Prince of the region, Prince Khalid bin Saud bin Abdullah bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, the 38th Prince of Tabuk Award for Scientific Excellence and Distinction ceremony.
Upon his arrival at the venue of the ceremony, he was received by the President of Tabuk University and Chairman of the Higher Committee for the Award, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Salem Al-Ghamdi, along with members of the award committee.
The ceremony began with verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a speech delivered on behalf of the outstanding students by student Haneen Eid Al-Huwaiti, in which she expressed her and her colleagues' happiness at receiving the award, which has motivated them to give more and encouraged them to exert further efforts to achieve this honor today.
After that, the President of Tabuk University and Chairman of the Higher Committee for the Award delivered a speech in which he expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Prince of the region for his sponsorship of the award, emphasizing that building the future of a person begins with building the person, in terms of caring for the distinguished, nurturing talents, and developing human capabilities. He indicated that the award represents a noble message that embodies the meanings of care and attention for the sons and daughters of the region, and a bright image of his interest in scientific aspects of excellence, creativity, and innovation.
Following this, the Prince of Tabuk honored the winners of the award, where Dr. Ghadeer bint Hassan Al-Balawi and Dr. Awatif bint Mahfouz Abdulmajid won in the field of excellence in creativity and innovation for their contributions in various research, scientific, and innovative fields related to enhancing environmental sustainability, developing technical solutions for water treatment, and promoting environmental safety and food security to improve salinity using chemical compounds in agriculture.
In the field of community service (Individuals), Dr. Mansour bin Ali Al-Ghamdi, Fahd bin Iyadah Al-Anzi, and Dr. Muhammad Tanveer Raza won for their contributions in various community and charitable fields, including guidance recovery programs, family development and awareness programs for girls, and healthcare. In the field of excellence in community service (Organizations), the Child Medical Association in the Tabuk region won.
Then, the Prince of Tabuk honored the 27 winners in the field of scientific excellence, wishing them continued success and achievement.
Prince Fahd bin Sultan stated in a press statement on this occasion: "The joy is great today, especially as we see the graduates and honorees from this program that has been ongoing for 38 years, who have become today doctors, engineers, officers, pilots, and even successful businessmen in various fields of life. It is a moment of true pride," asking God for their continued success and perseverance on this honorable path.
