بتوجيه من مستشار خادم الحرمين الشريفين أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة رئيس اللجنة الدائمة للحج والعمرة الأمير خالد بن فيصل بن عبدالعزيز، تفقد نائب أمير المنطقة الأمير سعود بن مشعل بن عبدالعزيز، اليوم، مجمع صالات الحج والعمرة بمطار الملك عبدالعزيز الدولي بجدة، للاطمئنان على سير العمل والوقوف ميدانياً على الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن، من الجهات الحكومية كافة والتشغيلية العاملة في المطار، لتسهيل إجراءات المسافرين القادمين لأداء مناسك حج 1446هـ.
وبدأ نائب أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة جولته التي رافقه فيها عدد من أصحاب المعالي ومسؤولي الجهات ذات العلاقة، وعدد من قيادات المطار والقيادات الأمنية والتشغيلية العاملة بالمطار، بزيارة صالة مبادرة «طريق مكة»، والوقوف ميدانياً على الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن المستفيدين من المبادرة، واستمع لشرح عن الخدمات التي تقدمها الصالة، ودور المبادرة في إنهاء إجراءات ضيوف الرحمن في بلدانهم، كما استقبل إحدى رحلات المبادرة القادمة من جمهورية إندونيسيا، التي تحمل على متنها 360 حاجّاً، وقدّم لهم الهدايا.
وتفقد الأمير سعود بن مشعل أعمال المركز الصحي بصالات الحج والعمرة والمقدمة لضيوف الرحمن وجهوده في تكثيف التوعية الصحية للحجاج من خلال توزيع النشرات التثقيفية، وبث البرامج التوعوية عبر شاشات العرض في الصالات لرفع مستوى الوعي الصحي بين الحجاج وضمان التزامهم بالإرشادات الصحية للحفاظ على صحتهم وسلامتهم.
واطّلع على سير العمل في مجمع صالات الحجاج والعمرة التي تضم (95) موقفًا للحافلات، (144) منصة قبول الأمتعة، (16) نقطة فحص أمني، كما استمع إلى شرح عن أعمال «شركة مطارات جدة» في تهيئة صالات المطار لاستقبال الحجاج عبر ثلاث صالات (الصالة رقم 1، والصالة الشمالية، ومجمع صالات الحج والعمرة)، واستكمال التجهيزات كافة؛ لضمان توفير تجربة سلسة ومريحة للحجاج، ووفرت أكثر من (407) منصات لقبول الأمتعة، و (100) بوابة جسور متحركة، و (67) سيراً لتسلم الأمتعة، و (259) موقفاً للحافلات.
ووقف على أعمال منطقة الإجراءات الأمنية للمسافرين ومنصات الجوازات والبالغ عددها (207) منصات، ومنطقة الجمارك التي تضم (20) جهاز تفتيش جمركي، إضافةً إلى الجهات الأمنية والتشغيلية ومواقع الخدمات المختلفة بالمطار، واستمع لشرح عن الإجراءات والتسهيلات المقدمة وكيفية إنهاء إجراءات المسافرين.
وتجول في منطقة هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي، واستمع لشرح عن الخدمات وجميع التسهيلات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن، التي تهدف إلى توفير تجربة سفر سهلة وميسرة.
وزار الأمير سعود بن مشعل المشروع التطويري للتفتيش المركزي، واستمع إلى نبذة عن أعماله، الذي يهدف إلى رفع الطاقة الاستيعابية وتطوير منطقة التفتيش الأمني وصالات المغادرة لتحسين تجربة المسافرين.
عقب ذلك، رأس الأمير سعود بن مشعل اجتماع اللجنة الدائمة للحج والعمرة، لاستعراض ومناقشة الموضوعات المتعلقة بموسم الحج ومتابعة استعدادات وخطط الجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة بأعمال موسم حج هذا العام، ومتابعة توفر جميع الترتيبات والإجراءات اللازمة لتقديم أفضل الخدمات لضيوف الرحمن.
وقدمت الجوازات نبذة عن خطتها التي تنفذها لاستقبال الحجاج بدعم المواقع المخصصة لخدمتهم بالأجهزة التقنية الحديثة وبالكوادر البشرية المؤهلة التي تسهم في إنهاء الإجراءات في وقت قياسي دون تأخير في جميع المنافذ، إذ وفرت (209) منصات خدمة، و (169) جهاز كشف في صالة الحج والعمرة، كما تضم صالة (1) (114) منصة و (95) جهاز كشف و (64) بوابة إلكترونية، والصالة الشمالية (67) منصة و (54) جهاز كشف، فيما بلغ عدد الكوادر البشرية المخصصة في صالة الحج والعمرة (1139)، مقابل (730) في صالة (1) و (344) في الصالة الشمالية.
وتتمثل أدوار الجوازات خلال موسم الحج في استقبال الحجاج القادمين من الخارج عبر المنافذ المختلفة، وإنهاء إجراءات قدومهم ومغادرتهم بيسر وسهولة، كما تتولى إصدار تصاريح الدخول إلى مكة المكرمة للمقيمين الذين تتطلب أعمالهم الوُجود خلالها، والنظر في مخالفات مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل، وإصدار قرارات فورية بحقهم.
وناقش الاجتماع عدداً من الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول الأعمال المتعلقة بشؤون الحج واستعدادات الجهات ذات العلاقة، واتخذت حيالها التوصيات اللازمة.
Under the guidance of the Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Emir of the Makkah Region, and Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah, Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Emir of the region, Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, today inspected the Hajj and Umrah terminal complex at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, to ensure the smooth operation and to assess the services provided to the guests of Allah by all governmental and operational entities at the airport, to facilitate the procedures for travelers coming to perform the Hajj rituals for the year 1446 AH.
The Deputy Emir of Makkah began his tour, accompanied by several dignitaries and officials from relevant agencies, as well as airport leadership and security and operational leaders working at the airport, by visiting the "Makkah Route" initiative hall, where he assessed the services provided to the guests of Allah benefiting from the initiative. He listened to an explanation about the services offered by the hall and the role of the initiative in completing the procedures for the guests of Allah in their home countries. He also welcomed one of the initiative's flights arriving from the Republic of Indonesia, carrying 360 pilgrims, and presented them with gifts.
Prince Saud bin Mishal inspected the health center's operations in the Hajj and Umrah halls, which are provided to the guests of Allah, and its efforts in intensifying health awareness for pilgrims by distributing educational brochures and broadcasting awareness programs through display screens in the halls to raise health awareness among pilgrims and ensure their compliance with health guidelines to maintain their health and safety.
He reviewed the workflow in the Hajj and Umrah terminal complex, which includes (95) bus parking spaces, (144) baggage acceptance counters, and (16) security inspection points. He also listened to an explanation about the works of "Jeddah Airports Company" in preparing the airport halls to receive pilgrims through three halls (Hall No. 1, the Northern Hall, and the Hajj and Umrah terminal complex), and the completion of all preparations to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for the pilgrims. More than (407) baggage acceptance counters, (100) mobile bridge gates, (67) baggage claim belts, and (259) bus parking spaces have been provided.
He observed the operations in the security procedures area for travelers and the passport counters, which number (207) counters, as well as the customs area that includes (20) customs inspection devices, in addition to the security and operational entities and various service locations at the airport. He listened to an explanation about the procedures and facilities provided and how to complete the travelers' procedures.
He toured the area of the Zakat and Tax Authority and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, listening to an explanation about the services and all the facilities provided to the guests of Allah, aimed at providing an easy and smooth travel experience.
Prince Saud bin Mishal visited the central inspection development project and listened to a brief overview of its operations, which aims to increase capacity and develop the security inspection area and departure halls to improve the travelers' experience.
Following that, Prince Saud bin Mishal chaired a meeting of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah to review and discuss topics related to the Hajj season and to follow up on the preparations and plans of the relevant governmental entities for this year's Hajj season, and to ensure that all arrangements and necessary procedures are in place to provide the best services to the guests of Allah.
The passport department provided an overview of its plan to receive pilgrims, supporting designated sites for their service with modern technical devices and qualified human resources that contribute to completing procedures in record time without delays at all entry points. It has provided (209) service counters and (169) inspection devices in the Hajj and Umrah hall, while Hall (1) includes (114) counters, (95) inspection devices, and (64) electronic gates, and the Northern Hall includes (67) counters and (54) inspection devices. The number of human resources allocated in the Hajj and Umrah hall is (1139), compared to (730) in Hall (1) and (344) in the Northern Hall.
The roles of the passport department during the Hajj season include receiving pilgrims arriving from abroad through various entry points and completing their arrival and departure procedures smoothly and easily. It also issues entry permits to Makkah for residents whose work requires their presence there, and addresses violations of residency and labor regulations, issuing immediate decisions against violators.
The meeting discussed several topics on the agenda related to Hajj affairs and the preparations of the relevant entities, and necessary recommendations were made regarding them.
