اعتمد وزير البلديات والإسكان، وبدعم ومتابعة أمير منطقة عسير، الأحوزة العمرانية الدائمة لـ20 تجمعاً سكانياً، لتُدرج رسمياً ضمن النطاق العمراني، في خطوة إستراتيجية تهدف إلى تنظيم النمو العمراني وتحقيق تنمية متوازنة ومستدامة في المنطقة.
وشملت التجمعات المعتمدة: (جمعة ربيعة، الحفاير، خيبر الجنوب، الحيمة، تباشعة، الأثب، حليل، الصبيخة، الروضة، القيرة، النقيع، الجنينة، الرقيطاء، الرفغة، آل الهوى، آل يحمد، العبلاء، الحكيمة، الغرس، وروضة بن نورة)، في إطار خطة شاملة تستهدف دمج التجمعات السكانية خارج النطاق العمراني ضمن إطار التخطيط الحضري.
وأوضحت أمانة عسير، أنها تعمل حالياً على إعداد واعتماد أحوزة عمرانية إضافية تشمل 10 تجمعات سكانية جديدة موزعة على مختلف المحافظات والمراكز، حيث يُتوقع صدور قرار اعتمادها قريباً.
كما أكدت الأمانة أن إعداد هذه الأحوزة يتم وفق اشتراطات دقيقة ومعايير شاملة ومعتمدة في القطاع البلدي، تؤخذ في الاعتبار الجوانب السكانية، والبيئية، والخدمية، بما يسهم في تسهيل الحصول على التراخيص، ورفع جودة الخدمات البلدية، وتعزيز كفاءة التخطيط العمراني في المنطقة.
وتأتي هذه الجهود المتواصلة ضمن مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، التي تسعى إلى تحقيق تنمية عمرانية متكاملة ومستدامة، ورفع كفاءة إدارة الموارد والخدمات، وتعزيز جودة الحياة لسكان منطقة عسير.
The Minister of Municipalities and Housing, with the support and follow-up of the Emir of the Asir Region, has approved the permanent urban boundaries for 20 residential communities, to be officially included within the urban scope, in a strategic move aimed at organizing urban growth and achieving balanced and sustainable development in the region.
The approved communities include: (Jummah Rabea, Al-Hafair, Khyber Al-Janoub, Al-Haymah, Tabashat, Al-Athab, Halil, Al-Sabeekhah, Al-Rawdah, Al-Qirah, Al-Naqee, Al-Juneinah, Al-Ruqayta, Al-Rafghah, Al-Hawa, Al-Yahmad, Al-Abla, Al-Hakeemah, Al-Ghars, and Rawdat Bin Noura), as part of a comprehensive plan aimed at integrating residential communities outside the urban scope within the framework of urban planning.
The Asir Municipality has clarified that it is currently working on preparing and approving additional urban boundaries that include 10 new residential communities distributed across various governorates and centers, with a decision for their approval expected to be issued soon.
The municipality also confirmed that the preparation of these boundaries is being conducted according to precise requirements and comprehensive standards approved in the municipal sector, taking into account demographic, environmental, and service aspects, which contributes to facilitating the obtaining of permits, improving the quality of municipal services, and enhancing the efficiency of urban planning in the region.
These ongoing efforts are part of the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which aims to achieve integrated and sustainable urban development, enhance the efficiency of resource and service management, and improve the quality of life for the residents of the Asir Region.
