كشف وزير الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد الشيخ الدكتور عبداللطيف آل الشيخ، تنفيذ مشاريع خلال موسم الحج، تبلغ تكلفتها الإجمالية 35,803,135.44 ريال، استكمالاً لمشاريع الوزارة وأعمالها لراحة الحجاج وتسهيل ما يمكن تسهيله لهم.
وأوضح أن هذه المشاريع تأتي لرفع كفاءة المرافق والخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن، والارتقاء بالبنية التحتية في المشاعر المقدسة.
وقال خلال ترؤسه اجتماع اللجنة العليا لأعمال الوزارة في موسم الحج، اليوم، بحضور وكلاء الوزارة، ومديري الفروع، وأمين عام التوعية الإسلامية، وأمين عام مجمع الملك فهد لطباعة المصحف الشريف، وعدد من مسؤولي الوزارة وأعضاء اللجنة: «من أبرز هذه المشاريع مشروع تخفيض الحمل الحراري للساحات الخلفية لمسجد نمرة، الذي يشمل تنفيذ وتوريد وتصنيع وتركيب مظلات الشد الإنشائي بـ19 مظلة، على مساحة تقريبية تبلغ 3211 متراً مربعاً، والمرحلة الثانية من تهيئة وتلطيف ساحات مسجدَي نمرة والخيف، ودورات المياه بمنى، ومشروع سقيا الحجاج، ومشاريع تطوير أنظمة التكييف والتهوية، وتركيب أنظمة الصوتيات والمراقبة الأمنية، وإنارة المظلات، إضافة إلى أعمال ترميم مسجد نمرة وملحقاته، ومسجد حجاج البر بمنى».
وأضاف: «أعمال الوزارة في موسم الحج تأتي امتداداً لما تحظى به من دعم القيادة الرشيدة، بما يحقق رسالتها في خدمة بيوت الله، ونشر القيم الإسلامية السمحة، وتوعية الحجاج والمعتمرين والزوار، وتبصيرهم بأحكام المناسك، إلى جانب توفير بيئة دعوية متكاملة تسهم في تعزيز تجربتهم الإيمانية».
واستعرض آل الشيخ الخطط التشغيلية التي أعدّتها الوزارة لموسم الحج، وشملت جاهزية مرافقها في المشاعر المقدسة، وتجهيز المساجد في مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة ومرافقها، ومتابعة أداء شركات التشغيل والصيانة، إلى جانب البرامج الدعوية والإرشادية التي تنفذها الوزارة في مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة، وفي المنافذ الحدودية، بما يضمن تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة لضيوف الرحمن.
وتناول الاجتماع كذلك برامج الدعاة والمترجمين في المنافذ البرية والبحرية والجوية، وفي المنطقة المركزية والمشاعر المقدسة، إلى جانب إطلاق حزمة من البرامج الدعوية والمطبوعات التوعوية، بما يسهم في توعية الحجاج وتيسير أدائهم النسك بيسر وطمأنينة.
وأشار آل الشيخ إلى برامج الأمانة العامة للتوعية الإسلامية في الحج والعمرة، وآليات التنسيق والتكامل بين مختلف القطاعات المعنية بالعمل الميداني والدعوي، إذ تم اعتماد إطلاق 100 مليون رسالة نصية توعوية، وتنفيذ أكثر من 2,300 محاضرة يومية طيلة أيام الحج، إضافة إلى استقبال آلاف المكالمات الصوتية والمرئية للإجابة عن استفسارات الحجاج بأكثر من 40 لغة عالمية.
وفي مجال المطبوعات، أوضح آل الشيخ أن عدد المواد خلال موسم الحج بلغ 4,409,605 نسخة، شملت 3,114,605 مواد من الكتب والمطويات الخاصة بالمناسك والإرشاد، و1,295,000 بطاقة تعريفية تحتوي على رموز استجابة سريعة (QR) للمكتبة الإلكترونية، ضمن جهود الوزارة في تعزيز الوعي الشرعي وتيسير الوصول إلى المحتوى الإرشادي الرقمي.
وفي إطار استعدادات الوزارة لموسم الحج، أنهى مجمع الملك فهد لطباعة المصحف الشريف تجهيز 2,521,380 نسخة من المصحف الشريف، ضمن هدية خادم الحرمين الشريفين التي ستُوزع على الحجاج المغادرين بعد أداء المناسك، عبر المنافذ الجوية والبرية والبحرية، في تأكيد على ما توليه القيادة الرشيدة من عناية بكتاب الله وخدمة حجاج بيت الله الحرام.
كما تناول الاجتماع جانباً من جهود الوزارة في تطوير العمل المؤسسي، حيث تم في إطار رفع الكفاءة التشغيلية ترشيد الكادر البشري بالاستغناء عن 850 موظفاً، مع تفعيل التقنية في الإجراءات والأعمال الميدانية، والاستفادة من موظفي فرعَي الوزارة في مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة، بما يسهم في تعزيز جودة الأداء ورفع مستوى الكفاءة في تنفيذ خطط الوزارة خلال موسم الحج.
The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Latif Al-Sheikh, revealed the implementation of projects during the Hajj season, with a total cost of 35,803,135.44 riyals, as a continuation of the ministry's projects and efforts to ensure the comfort of pilgrims and facilitate what can be facilitated for them.
He explained that these projects aim to enhance the efficiency of the facilities and services provided to the guests of Allah, and to improve the infrastructure in the holy sites.
During his chairing of the meeting of the Supreme Committee for the ministry's work during the Hajj season today, in the presence of the ministry's agents, branch directors, the Secretary-General of Islamic Awareness, the Secretary-General of the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran, and several ministry officials and committee members, he said: "Among the most prominent of these projects is the project to reduce the thermal load of the rear yards of Nimra Mosque, which includes the implementation, supply, manufacture, and installation of 19 structural shade canopies, covering an approximate area of 3,211 square meters, the second phase of preparing and cooling the yards of Nimra and Al-Khaif Mosques, the restrooms in Mina, the pilgrims' water supply project, projects to develop air conditioning and ventilation systems, the installation of audio and security monitoring systems, and the lighting of the canopies, in addition to restoration works for Nimra Mosque and its annexes, and the Mosque for Pilgrims of Land in Mina."
He added: "The ministry's work during the Hajj season comes as an extension of the support it receives from the wise leadership, which fulfills its mission in serving the houses of Allah, spreading the noble Islamic values, educating pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors, and enlightening them about the rulings of the rituals, alongside providing a comprehensive preaching environment that contributes to enhancing their spiritual experience."
Al-Sheikh reviewed the operational plans prepared by the ministry for the Hajj season, which included the readiness of its facilities in the holy sites, the preparation of mosques in Mecca and Medina and their facilities, monitoring the performance of operating and maintenance companies, in addition to the preaching and guidance programs implemented by the ministry in Mecca and Medina, and at the border crossings, ensuring the provision of high-quality services to the guests of Allah.
The meeting also addressed the programs for preachers and translators at land, sea, and air crossings, in the central area and the holy sites, alongside launching a package of preaching programs and awareness publications, which contribute to educating pilgrims and facilitating their performance of rituals with ease and tranquility.
Al-Sheikh pointed to the programs of the General Secretariat for Islamic Awareness during Hajj and Umrah, and the mechanisms for coordination and integration among the various sectors involved in field and preaching work, as it was approved to launch 100 million awareness text messages and to implement more than 2,300 daily lectures throughout the days of Hajj, in addition to receiving thousands of audio and video calls to answer pilgrims' inquiries in more than 40 global languages.
In the field of publications, Al-Sheikh clarified that the number of materials during the Hajj season reached 4,409,605 copies, including 3,114,605 materials from books and pamphlets related to the rituals and guidance, and 1,295,000 identification cards containing QR codes for the electronic library, as part of the ministry's efforts to enhance legal awareness and facilitate access to digital guiding content.
As part of the ministry's preparations for the Hajj season, the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran has completed the preparation of 2,521,380 copies of the Holy Quran, as part of the gift from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques that will be distributed to pilgrims after performing the rituals, through air, land, and sea crossings, confirming the care that the wise leadership gives to the Book of Allah and the service of the pilgrims of the Sacred House of Allah.
The meeting also addressed some of the ministry's efforts in developing institutional work, as part of enhancing operational efficiency, the human resources were streamlined by reducing 850 employees, while activating technology in procedures and field work, and benefiting from the employees of the ministry's branches in Mecca and Medina, which contributes to enhancing performance quality and raising the level of efficiency in implementing the ministry's plans during the Hajj season.
