أطلقت بلدية محافظة الخبر برنامج أنسنة 10 شوارع في مدينة الخبر لدمجها ضمن مشروع الأنسنة في الخبر الهادف إلى تعزيز جودة الحياة وتحسين البيئة الحضرية بما يجعل المدينة أكثر ملاءمة للإنسان والبيئة، وبما يواكب مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.
من جهته، أوضح رئيس بلدية محافظة الخبر المهندس مشعل بن الحميدي الوهبي أن البلدية اعتمدت تطوير وأنسنة 10 شوارع بطول إجمالي يزيد على 17.000م.ط، وبمساحة إجمالية تزيد على 600.000 م2، مع أهمية التركيز على البعد الإنساني ودمج العناصر الجمالية والوظيفية في تصميم الشوارع، مع مراعاة احتياجات جميع فئات المجتمع، بمن فيهم ذوو الإعاقة، بهدف تحسين المشهد الحضري، وتوفير بيئة مستدامة وصحية.
وتشمل أعمال التطوير التي انطلقت بالفعل كلاً من شارع الأمير فيصل بن فهد بحي الراكة الجنوبية بطول 2700 م، شارع غرناطة بحي الراكة الجنوبية بطول 2600 م، شارع خالد بن الوليد بطول 2000 م، شارع عبد الملك بن مروان بحي الراكة بطول 2000 م، شارع فراس بن النظر بحي العليا بطول 2200 م، وشارع طارق بن زياد بحي الراكة بطول 1800م، وشارع عبد الرحمن الداخل بحي الراكة بطول 1850م، وكذلك شارع موسى بن نصير بحي الراكة بطول 1200م، وامتداد طريق الأمير تركي بطول 1000م، وشارع 2 بحي الكورنيش.
وتشمل الأعمال ربط أجزاء الطرق ببعضها البعض وتنفيذ أرصفة عريضة للمشاة، ومسطحات خضراء، وأشجار ظل، وإنارة تجميلية، ومعابر مشاة آمنة، إضافة إلى كراسي جلوس ولوحات إرشادية، ومسارات للدراجات، ما يعزز من جاذبية هذه المواقع التي تضم منشآت تجارية وسياحية، إضافة إلى جعل الأحياء السكنية تنعم بالديمومة والرفاه عبر تسهيل حركة السكان وتنقلاتهم علاوة على مساهمته الفاعلة في تحسين الهوية البصرية لمدينة الخبر.
The Municipality of Al Khobar Governorate has launched a program to humanize 10 streets in the city of Al Khobar, integrating them into the Humanization Project in Al Khobar, which aims to enhance the quality of life and improve the urban environment, making the city more suitable for people and the environment, in line with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.
In this regard, the Mayor of Al Khobar Governorate, Engineer Mishal bin Al-Humaidi Al-Wahbi, clarified that the municipality has approved the development and humanization of 10 streets with a total length exceeding 17,000 linear meters and a total area exceeding 600,000 square meters, emphasizing the importance of focusing on the human aspect and integrating aesthetic and functional elements in the design of the streets, while considering the needs of all community segments, including people with disabilities, with the aim of improving the urban landscape and providing a sustainable and healthy environment.
The development works that have already commenced include Prince Faisal bin Fahd Street in the southern Al Rakah neighborhood, with a length of 2,700 meters; Granada Street in the southern Al Rakah neighborhood, with a length of 2,600 meters; Khalid bin Al-Walid Street, with a length of 2,000 meters; Abdul Malik bin Marwan Street in Al Rakah, with a length of 2,000 meters; Firas bin Al-Nazir Street in Al Olaya, with a length of 2,200 meters; Tariq bin Ziyad Street in Al Rakah, with a length of 1,800 meters; Abdul Rahman Al-Dakhil Street in Al Rakah, with a length of 1,850 meters; as well as Musa bin Nusayr Street in Al Rakah, with a length of 1,200 meters; the extension of Prince Turki Road, with a length of 1,000 meters; and Street 2 in the Corniche neighborhood.
The works include connecting different parts of the roads to each other and implementing wide sidewalks for pedestrians, green spaces, shade trees, decorative lighting, and safe pedestrian crossings, in addition to seating areas, signage, and bike paths, enhancing the attractiveness of these locations that include commercial and tourist facilities, as well as ensuring that residential neighborhoods enjoy sustainability and well-being by facilitating the movement and transportation of residents, in addition to its effective contribution to improving the visual identity of the city of Al Khobar.
