بتوجيه أمير حائل: خطة تنفيذية عاجلة لتوطين الوظائف في الصناعات الغذائية

The Prince of Hail, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, has directed the implementation and field action to reduce unemployment rates in the region, within a specified timeframe, by localizing jobs in the food industries sector, stimulating industrial investment, and enhancing community localization in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

This directive came in the context of launching the job localization program in the food industries sector, in collaboration with the Food Industries Institute, as part of the Hail Investment Forum 2025, marking a strategic step towards empowering the sons and daughters of the region to work in one of the most vital sectors.

The program relies on training and qualifying national cadres through specialized training pathways, funded and implemented in partnership between the Hail Chamber and the Food Industries Institute, with support from the private sector; aiming to provide quality job opportunities that contribute to enhancing the efficiency of local human capital.

The program is considered one of the developmental pathways supporting the achievement of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, through investing in people and localizing industries, with direct support from government entities and major economic organizations such as the Ministry of Investment.

For his part, economic advisor Eid Al-Eid praised the launch of the job localization program for the food industries sector in the Hail region, noting that this step represents a smart move towards activating one of the most flexible and sustainable sectors in creating job opportunities, especially in areas with agricultural and industrial characteristics like Hail.

Al-Eid stated that the connection between specialized training and actual employment reflects the maturity of developmental policies in the region and supports the objectives of food security and economic localization together.
