أفردت وكالة المسجد النبوي مسارًا إثرائيًا متخصصًا للذكاء الاصطناعي هو الأول من نوعه؛ لتقديم أكبر تطبيق إثرائي شرعي محوكم ومنوع باستخدام تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي بعدة لغات؛ لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن وزائري المسجد النبوي؛ حيث أطلقت الوكالة النسخة التجريبية لتطبيق «المساعد الذكي» وهو الأول من نوعه، ويتضمن حزمة من المنتجات الإثرائية الذكية، من أبرزها عرض أوقات الصلوات مع جداول الأئمة والمؤذنين، وأوقات إقامة الدروس العلمية، وحلقات القرآن الكريم للزائرين وضيوف الرحمن.
ودشن رئيس الشؤون الدينية بالمسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي الشيخ الدكتور عبدالرحمن السديس النسخة التجريبية من تطبيق «المساعد الذكي» بمكتبه بالوكالة أمس لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن من زائري المسجد النبوي؛ بحضور الشيخ الدكتور عبدالباري بن عواض الثبيتي، إمام وخطيب المسجد النبوي، والمشرف على برنامج إثراء تجربة الزائرين والمكتبات والمخطوطات بالمسجد النبوي؛ في خطوة نوعية تعزِّز التحول الرقمي الذكي في الخدمات الإثرائية المقدمة في المسجد النبوي.
وقال رئيس الشؤون الدينية الشيخ الدكتور عبدالرحمن السديس خلال تدشينه لتطبيق «المساعد الذكي»: «إن الرئاسة تعضد خدماتها كافة بالتقانة والرقمنة والذكاء الاصطناعي في إثراء تجربة الزائرين وضيوف الرحمن؛ مواكبة للتحولات الرقمية الذكية؛ كونه أحد المنطلقات الإستراتيجية للرئاسة في إيصال رسالة الحرمين الشريفين الوسطية للعالم باللغات المختلفة».
ووصف الدكتور السديس تطبيق «المساعد الذكي» بأنه أيقونة الذكاء الاصطناعي الإثرائي بالمسجد النبوي، وتطبيق إبداعي إيماني عالمي محوكم، مضيفًا بأنه مصمم خصيصًا للرئاسة الدينية من قبل شركة «سدم»؛ ليكون مرجعًا ذكيًا للتخصصات الدينية من خلال قاعدة بيانات محوكمة مقننة وفق المعايير العالمية.
ويحتوي المشروع الإثرائي الذكي على منصة تفاعلية مدعومة بتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، حيث يقدم التطبيق مجموعة من الخصائص الذكية تشمل عرض أوقات الصلاة، وتنبيهات بأسماء الأئمة والمؤذنين، وجداول الدروس العلمية، ومواقع انعقادها والمشايخ المشاركين، بالإضافة إلى حلقات القرآن الكريم ومراكز إجابة السائلين داخل المسجد النبوي، كما يتميز تطبيق «المساعد الذكي» بخاصية التوجيه التفاعلي، التي تمكن الزائر من الوصول مباشرة إلى مواقع الخدمات والدروس باستخدام الخرائط الذكية داخل التطبيق، ويتيح كذلك إمكانية الرد الفوري على استفسارات الزائرين عبر الدردشة النصية؛ مما يرفع من سرعة وجودة التفاعل ويواكب توجهات التحول الرقمي في منظومة الحرمين الدينية.
The Prophet's Mosque Agency has dedicated a specialized enrichment path for artificial intelligence, the first of its kind, to provide the largest scholarly enrichment application that is peer-reviewed and diverse, using artificial intelligence technology in several languages; to serve the guests of الرحمن and visitors to the Prophet's Mosque. The agency has launched the trial version of the "Smart Assistant" application, which is the first of its kind and includes a package of smart enrichment products, the most prominent of which is displaying prayer times along with the schedules of imams and muezzins, the times for scientific lessons, and Quran study circles for visitors and guests of الرحمن.
The head of religious affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, inaugurated the trial version of the "Smart Assistant" application in his office at the agency yesterday to serve the guests of الرحمن visiting the Prophet's Mosque. This was in the presence of Sheikh Dr. Abdul Bari bin Awad Al-Thubaiti, the imam and preacher of the Prophet's Mosque, and the supervisor of the program to enrich the experience of visitors, libraries, and manuscripts at the Prophet's Mosque; in a qualitative step that enhances the smart digital transformation in the enrichment services provided at the Prophet's Mosque.
Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais stated during the launch of the "Smart Assistant" application: "The presidency supports all its services with technology, digitization, and artificial intelligence to enrich the experience of visitors and guests of الرحمن; in line with smart digital transformations; as it is one of the strategic initiatives of the presidency to convey the moderate message of the Two Holy Mosques to the world in different languages."
Dr. Al-Sudais described the "Smart Assistant" application as an icon of enriching artificial intelligence at the Prophet's Mosque, and a creative, faith-based global application that is peer-reviewed, adding that it is specifically designed for the religious presidency by the company "Sadam"; to be an intelligent reference for religious specialties through a peer-reviewed database regulated according to global standards.
The smart enrichment project contains an interactive platform supported by artificial intelligence technologies, where the application offers a range of smart features including displaying prayer times, alerts with the names of imams and muezzins, schedules for scientific lessons, their locations, and the participating scholars, in addition to Quran study circles and centers for answering inquiries inside the Prophet's Mosque. The "Smart Assistant" application also features an interactive navigation capability, allowing visitors to directly access service and lesson locations using smart maps within the application, and it also enables instant responses to visitor inquiries via text chat; which enhances the speed and quality of interaction and aligns with the digital transformation trends in the religious system of the Two Holy Mosques.
