أتاحت المديرية العامة للجوازات، استقبال استفسارات المستفيدين من خدمة «أبشر سفر للزوّار»، للقادمين عبر منافذ المملكة البرية كافة، من مواطني دول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية، والزوّار، عبر رقم الاتصال الموحد (992)، للإجابة عن استفساراتهم وتقديم الدعم اللازم لهم.
وأوضحت الجوازات أن هذه الخدمة تأتي ضمن جهود وزارة الداخلية في تعزيز جودة الخدمات الإلكترونية المقدمة لزوار المملكة، وتحسين تجربتهم وتسهيل إجراءات قدومهم عبر المنافذ البرية.
The General Directorate of Passports has made it possible to receive inquiries from beneficiaries of the "Absher Travel for Visitors" service for those arriving through all land entry points of the Kingdom, from citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and visitors, via the unified contact number (992), to answer their inquiries and provide the necessary support.
The Passports Department clarified that this service is part of the Ministry of Interior's efforts to enhance the quality of electronic services provided to visitors of the Kingdom, improve their experience, and facilitate their entry procedures through land entry points.
