وفرت الهيئة العامة للعناية بشؤون الحرمين منظومة إرشادية متكاملة في المسجد النبوي، تُسهم في تيسير وصول قاصديه إلى وجهاتهم، ومساعدتهم على التنقّل بين المواقع والمرافق، من خلال اللوحات الإرشادية والشاشات الإلكترونية الموزعة في أرجاء المسجد.
وتضم المنظومة أكثر من 270 لوحة إرشادية، وأكثر من 100 شاشة إلكترونية، تتضمن معلومات وإرشادات توعوية وتعليمات الدخول، وإرشاد السائلين، إلى جانب استخدام الترميز اللوني لتحديد الوجهات وتسهيل الوصول إليها.
وتوفر الشاشات الإلكترونية معلومات لحظية عن حالة البوابات والمداخل المتاحة، بما يُمكّن قاصدي المسجد النبوي من معرفة مسارات الوصول المناسبة، ويسهم في تنظيم الحركة وتيسير تنقّلهم، وتعزيز جودة الخدمات المقدمة لهم.
The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has provided a comprehensive guidance system in the Prophet's Mosque, which contributes to facilitating the arrival of its visitors to their destinations and assists them in moving between locations and facilities, through the guidance boards and electronic screens distributed throughout the mosque.
The system includes more than 270 guidance boards and over 100 electronic screens, which contain information, awareness guidance, entry instructions, and assistance for those asking questions, in addition to using color coding to identify destinations and facilitate access to them.
The electronic screens provide real-time information about the status of available gates and entrances, enabling visitors to the Prophet's Mosque to know the appropriate access routes, helping to organize movement and facilitate their mobility, and enhancing the quality of services provided to them.
