رفع رئيس المجلس الأعلى للقضاء المكلف الشيخ الدكتور وليد محمد الصمعاني، الشكر والتقدير لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان، بمناسبة صدور الأمر الملكي بالموافقة على لائحة شؤون القضاة الوظيفية، مثمّناً ما يحظى به المرفق العدلي من دعم واهتمام.
وأكد الصمعاني، أن اللائحة تسهم في تنظيم شؤون القضاة الوظيفية وتعزيز استقرارهم الوظيفي، وتطوير بيئة العمل وتوفير الممكّنات الداعمة لأداء مهامهم، بما يرفع كفاءة العمل القضائي ويحسّن جودة مخرجاته.
سائلاً الله تعالى أن يحفظ خادم الحرمين وولي عهده الأمين، وأن يديم على المملكة أمنها واستقرارها وازدهارها.
The Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, Sheikh Dr. Walid Mohammed Al-Samaani, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince, Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman, on the occasion of the royal decree approving the regulations for the functional affairs of judges, praising the support and attention given to the judicial facility.
Al-Samaani confirmed that the regulations contribute to organizing the functional affairs of judges, enhancing their job stability, developing the work environment, and providing the necessary support for them to perform their duties, which raises the efficiency of judicial work and improves the quality of its outcomes.
He asked Allah Almighty to protect the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his trustworthy Crown Prince, and to maintain the security, stability, and prosperity of the Kingdom.
