قلّد أمير منطقة القصيم الأمير الدكتور فيصل بن مشعل بن سعود بن عبدالعزيز ، مدير السجون بالمنطقة اللواء خاطر الزهراني، رتبته الجديدة، وذلك بمناسبة صدور الأمر الملكي الكريم بترقيته إلى رتبة «لواء».
وهنّأ أمير القصيم اللواء الزهراني بهذه الثقة الكريمة، سائلًا الله له التوفيق والسداد، وأن تكون الترقية حافزًا لبذل المزيد من الجهود في خدمة الدين ثم الملك والوطن.
من جانبه، أعرب اللواء الزهراني عن شكره وتقديره لسمو أمير المنطقة على تهنئته وتوجيهاته، مؤكدًا أن هذه الترقية تمثل دافعًا لمواصلة العطاء وتعزيز العمل الأمني بما يحقق تطلعات القيادة الرشيدة.
The Prince of Al-Qassim Region, Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, awarded the new rank to the Director of Prisons in the region, Major General Khater Al-Zahrani, on the occasion of the issuance of the royal decree promoting him to the rank of "Major General".
The Prince of Al-Qassim congratulated Major General Al-Zahrani on this generous trust, asking God for his success and guidance, and that the promotion be an incentive to exert more efforts in serving the religion, then the king and the homeland.
For his part, Major General Al-Zahrani expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Prince of the region for his congratulations and directives, affirming that this promotion represents a motivation to continue giving and enhancing security work in a way that meets the aspirations of the wise leadership.
