أدانت الجمهورية التركية وبشدة استهداف مليشيا الحوثي مدينة مكة المكرمة بطائرة مسيّرة.
وأكدت وزارة الخارجية التركية في بيان، دعمها سيادة المملكة العربية السعودية وسلامة أراضيها وأمنها، مجددة تضامنها معها.
وجددت -وفقاً لوكالة أنباء الأناضول التركية- دعوتها إلى الإيقاف الفوري لهذه الهجمات التي تهدد الاستقرار والأمن الإقليميين أيضاً، والامتناع عن أي تصرف من شأنه تصعيد التوتر بدرجة أكبر.
The Republic of Turkey strongly condemned the targeting of the holy city of Mecca by the Houthi militia using a drone.
The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a statement its support for the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the integrity of its territory and security, reiterating its solidarity with it.
It also renewed - according to the Turkish Anadolu Agency - its call for an immediate cessation of these attacks that threaten regional stability and security, and to refrain from any actions that could further escalate tensions.
