أعربت وزارة الخارجية البحرينية عن إدانة مملكة البحرين واستنكارها الشديد للاعتداءات الإرهابية التي نفذتها ميليشيا الحوثي المدعومة إيرانيًا يوم أمس (الإثنين)، بالصواريخ الباليستية والطائرات المسيرة على مدن خميس مشيط، وأبها، والطائف، في استمرار لنهجها باستهداف المدنيين والأعيان المدنية، مما أدى إلى إصابة عدد من المدنيين، ووقوع أضرار مادية في عدد من المنازل السكنية والمركبات.
وعدّت ذلك انتهاكًا صارخًا لقواعد القانون الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني وميثاق الأمم المتحدة وقرارات مجلس الأمن ذات الصلة.
وأكدت وزارة الخارجية البحرينية تضامن مملكة البحرين الكامل مع المملكة العربية السعودية، ودعمها التام لكل ما تتخذه من إجراءات لازمة لصون سيادتها وأمنها واستقرارها، وحماية مواطنيها والمقيمين على أراضيها بما يتوافق مع المادة (51) من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، تأكيدًا على أن أمن المملكة العربية السعودية واستقرارها جزء لا يتجزأ من الأمن الوطني لمملكة البحرين، معربةً عن تمنياتها بالشفاء العاجل للمصابين.
وشددت الخارجية في بيانها على دعوة مملكة البحرين مجلس الأمن إلى الاضطلاع بمسؤولياته واتخاذ موقف حازم لوقف الاعتداءات الحوثية المتكررة على المملكة العربية السعودية، ومحاسبة مرتكبيها، وتنفيذ قراراته ذات الصلة، وفي مقدمتها القرار رقم 2216 (2015)، وما تضمنه القرار رقم 2817 (2026)، من مطالبة بوقف دعم الجماعات الوكيلة، بما يسهم في صون الأمن والاستقرار الإقليميين وحماية المدنيين والأعيان المدنية.
The Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Bahrain's condemnation and strong denunciation of the terrorist attacks carried out by the Iranian-backed Houthi militia yesterday (Monday), using ballistic missiles and drones against the cities of Khamis Mushait, Abha, and Taif, continuing its trend of targeting civilians and civilian objects, which resulted in injuries to several civilians and damage to a number of residential homes and vehicles.
It considered this a blatant violation of international law, international humanitarian law, the United Nations Charter, and relevant Security Council resolutions.
The Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain's full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its complete support for all measures it takes to preserve its sovereignty, security, and stability, and to protect its citizens and residents on its territory in accordance with Article (51) of the United Nations Charter, emphasizing that the security and stability of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is an integral part of the national security of the Kingdom of Bahrain, expressing its wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured.
The Ministry emphasized in its statement the Kingdom of Bahrain's call for the Security Council to assume its responsibilities and take a firm stance to stop the repeated Houthi attacks on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, hold the perpetrators accountable, and implement its relevant resolutions, foremost among them Resolution No. 2216 (2015), and what Resolution No. 2817 (2026) included, calling for the cessation of support for proxy groups, which contributes to preserving regional security and stability and protecting civilians and civilian objects.
