أعلنت المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني، فجر اليوم (الثلاثاء)، زوال الخطر عن منطقة جازان وكل من محافظة جدة والطائف والعلا وينبع ومدينة أبها، مؤكدة أهمية الاستمرار في اتباع التعليمات والإرشادات الصادرة عنها حفاظاً على السلامة.
وكانت المديرية قد أطلقت في وقت سابق إنذارات عبر المنصة الوطنية للإنذار المبكر في حالات الطوارئ بالمناطق المذكورة، للتحذير من خطر محتمل، داعية المواطنين والمقيمين إلى الالتزام بالتعليمات الرسمية واتباع إرشادات السلامة.
وشملت الإرشادات الابتعاد عن الأماكن المكشوفة والزجاج، وعدم الوقوف في الشرفات أو على الأسطح، فيما دعت الموجودين في الخارج إلى التوجه إلى أقرب مبنى آمن أو الاحتماء خلف ساتر صلب.
كما شددت المديرية على ضرورة تجنب التجمهر والتصوير والابتعاد عن المواقع الخطرة، وعدم تداول الشائعات أو المقاطع مجهولة المصدر، والحصول على المعلومات من القنوات الرسمية.
The General Directorate of Civil Defense announced early this morning (Tuesday) that the danger has passed for the Jazan region and the provinces of Jeddah, Taif, Al-Ula, Yanbu, and the city of Abha, emphasizing the importance of continuing to follow the instructions and guidelines issued by them to ensure safety.
The directorate had previously issued alerts via the national early warning platform for emergencies in the mentioned areas, warning of a potential danger, urging citizens and residents to adhere to the official instructions and follow safety guidelines.
The guidelines included staying away from open areas and glass, and not standing on balconies or rooftops, while advising those outside to head to the nearest safe building or take shelter behind a solid barrier.
The directorate also stressed the need to avoid gathering and filming, staying away from dangerous sites, refraining from spreading rumors or unverified clips, and obtaining information from official channels.
