التقى أمير منطقة نجران الأمير جلوي بن عبدالعزيز بن مساعد، في مكتبه اليوم (الإثنين)، عدداً من عُمد الأحياء بمنطقة نجران. وأكد أمير منطقة نجران أهمية الدور الذي يقوم به عُمد الأحياء في خدمة المواطنين، والتواصل المباشر مع سكان الأحياء والمراكز، ومعرفة أحوالهم وحاجاتهم، بما يعزز دورهم في خدمة المجتمع. ونوه بأهمية تواجد العمدة ميدانياً وقربه من سكان الحي، والإلمام بأوضاعهم، والإسهام في إصلاح ذات البين، والتعرف على الحالات الاجتماعية وحاجات السكان، والتنسيق بشأنها مع الجهات المختصة.
كما شدد على أهمية التكامل بين العُمد والجهات الأمنية والخدمية، بما يسهم في تعزيز دورهم الميداني، وسرعة نقل الملاحظات والحاجات ومعالجتها وفق الاختصاص. من جانبهم، عبّر عُمد الأحياء عن شكرهم لأمير منطقة نجران على اهتمامه ومتابعته، مؤكدين حرصهم على أداء مهامهم وخدمة سكان الأحياء والمراكز.

He highlighted the importance of the chief's presence in the field and their proximity to the residents of the neighborhood, being aware of their situations, contributing to resolving disputes, identifying social cases and the needs of residents, and coordinating with the relevant authorities regarding these matters.
He also stressed the importance of integration between the chiefs and security and service agencies, which contributes to enhancing their field role, and the swift transfer of observations and needs for resolution according to their jurisdiction. For their part, the neighborhood chiefs expressed their gratitude to the Prince of Najran Region for his attention and follow-up, affirming their commitment to perform their duties and serve the residents of neighborhoods and centers.
