سلّم وزير الصحة فهد بن عبد الرحمن الجلاجل، اليوم، مساعد وزير الدفاع للشؤون التنفيذية الدكتور خالد بن حسين البياري، ومسؤولي وممثلي 4 مدن عسكرية، شهادات اعتمادها مدناً صحية لاستيفائها معايير برنامج المدن الصحية التابع لوزارة الصحة، في تجسيد لتكامل الجهود وتطبيق نهج "الصحة في كل السياسات"؛ بما يسهم في توفير بيئات صحية مستدامة، وتعزيز الوقاية، وجعل الصحة ضمن أولويات المشاريع والخدمات التنموية، لتعزيز جودة الحياة انسجاماً مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.
80 معياراً و9 محاور
وشمل الاعتماد مدينة الملك عبدالعزيز العسكرية بالمنطقة الشمالية الغربية، ومدينة الملك فهد العسكرية بالمنطقة الشرقية، وقاعدة الملك فهد الجوية بالقطاع الغربي، ومدينة الملك خالد العسكرية بالمنطقة الشمالية؛ وحصلت على الاعتماد بعد استيفائها 80 معياراً موزعة على 9 محاور رئيسة، شملت التنمية الصحية، وسلامة الغذاء، وجودة البيئة والهواء، وبناء القدرات، والتأهب والاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ، والمشاركة المجتمعية والمبادرات الصحية.
ويأتي هذا الاعتماد امتداداً لجهود برنامج المدن الصحية التابع لوزارة الصحة، في ثمرة لتكامل الجهود والشراكة مع مختلف الجهات الحكومية والخاصة ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، بما يسهم في تعزيز صحة السكان، ورفع جودة الحياة، وبناء مجتمع حيوي.
Today, Minister of Health Fahd bin Abdul Rahman Al-Jalajel delivered certificates of accreditation as healthy cities to the Assistant Minister of Defense for Executive Affairs, Dr. Khalid bin Hussein Al-Bayari, and officials and representatives from 4 military cities, in a manifestation of the integration of efforts and the application of the "Health in All Policies" approach; contributing to the provision of sustainable healthy environments, enhancing prevention, and making health a priority in developmental projects and services, to improve the quality of life in alignment with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.
80 Standards and 9 Axes
The accreditation included King Abdulaziz Military City in the Northwestern region, King Fahd Military City in the Eastern region, King Fahd Air Base in the Western sector, and King Khalid Military City in the Northern region; they received accreditation after meeting 80 standards distributed across 9 main axes, which included health development, food safety, environmental and air quality, capacity building, emergency preparedness and response, community participation, and health initiatives.
This accreditation comes as an extension of the efforts of the Healthy Cities Program under the Ministry of Health, as a result of the integration of efforts and partnership with various governmental and private entities and civil society institutions, contributing to enhancing the health of the population, raising the quality of life, and building a vibrant community.
