ضبطت القوات الخاصة للأمن البيئي مواطنًا خالف نظام البيئة في محمية الإمام تركي بن عبدالله الملكية، بعد قيامه برعي 25 متنًا من الإبل في مواقع محظور الرعي فيها، حيث جرى إيقافه وتطبيق الإجراءات النظامية بحقه وفق لوائح نظام البيئة التي تهدف إلى حماية الغطاء النباتي ومنع تدهوره.
وأوضحت القوات أن عقوبة رعي الإبل في المناطق المحظورة تبلغ 500 ريال لكل متن، مؤكدة أن هذه الممارسات تُعد من السلوكيات التي تُلحق ضررًا مباشرًا بالغطاء النباتي وتؤثر في توازن النظم البيئية داخل المحميات الملكية.
وفي محمية الملك عبدالعزيز الملكية، ضبطت القوات مواطنًا آخر مخالفًا لنظام البيئة لعدم التزامه بتعليمات المحافظة على الغطاء النباتي، بعد إشعاله النار في غير الأماكن المخصصة لها داخل المحمية، حيث جرى اتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحقه.
وبيّنت القوات أن عقوبة إشعال النار في غير المواقع المخصصة لها في الغابات والمتنزهات الوطنية تصل إلى ثلاثة آلاف ريال، مؤكدة أهمية الالتزام بالتعليمات والإرشادات التي تهدف إلى حماية الموارد الطبيعية ومنع مسببات الحرائق.
وحثّت القوات على الإبلاغ عن أي حالات تمثل اعتداءً على البيئة أو الحياة الفطرية عبر الرقم (911) في مناطق مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والرياض والشرقية، أو (999) و(996) في بقية مناطق المملكة، مؤكدة أن جميع البلاغات تُعامل بسرية تامة دون أدنى مسؤولية على المبلّغ.
The special forces for environmental security apprehended a citizen who violated the environmental system in the Imam Turki bin Abdullah Royal Reserve, after he was found grazing 25 camels in areas where grazing is prohibited. He was stopped, and legal procedures were applied against him according to the environmental regulations aimed at protecting the vegetation cover and preventing its deterioration.
The forces clarified that the penalty for grazing camels in prohibited areas amounts to 500 riyals for each camel, emphasizing that such practices are considered behaviors that cause direct harm to the vegetation cover and affect the balance of ecosystems within the royal reserves.
In the King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve, the forces apprehended another citizen who violated the environmental system by failing to comply with the instructions for preserving the vegetation cover, after he ignited a fire in areas not designated for it within the reserve. Legal actions were taken against him.
The forces indicated that the penalty for igniting a fire in areas not designated for it in forests and national parks can reach up to three thousand riyals, stressing the importance of adhering to the instructions and guidelines aimed at protecting natural resources and preventing fire hazards.
The forces urged reporting any cases that represent an assault on the environment or wildlife through the number (911) in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, or (999) and (996) in other areas of the Kingdom, affirming that all reports will be treated with complete confidentiality without any liability on the reporter.
