نبّه المركز الوطني للأرصاد اليوم من موجة حارة على المنطقة الشرقية تصل درجة حرارتها إلى 49-50 درجة مئوية، وتشمل محافظات: الأحساء والهجر والمراكز التابعة لها، وبقيق، وذعبلوتن. فيما تشهد مدينتا الدمام والظهران، ومحافظات: الخفجي، والجبيل، ورأس تنورة، والقطيف، والخبر، وبقيق، هبوب رياح نشطة تصل سرعتها إلى 40-49 كلم في الساعة؛ مما يسبب إثارة الأتربة وتدني مدى الرؤية الأفقية إلى 3-5 كلم في المناطق المفتوحة والطرق السريعة، وارتفاع الأمواج في المناطق الساحلية.
وأشار المركز الوطني للأرصاد إلى أن هذه الحالة ستستمر حتى الساعة السابعة مساءً."
The National Center of Meteorology warned today of a heatwave in the Eastern Region, with temperatures reaching 49-50 degrees Celsius. This includes the governorates of Al-Ahsa, Al-Hajr, and their affiliated centers, as well as Al-Qatif and Dhahban. Meanwhile, the cities of Dammam and Dhahran, along with the governorates of Al-Khafji, Al-Jubail, Ras Tanura, Al-Qatif, Al-Khobar, and Al-Biqaiq, are experiencing active winds with speeds reaching 40-49 km/h; causing dust storms and reducing horizontal visibility to 3-5 km in open areas and on highways, as well as increasing wave heights in coastal areas.
The National Center of Meteorology indicated that this condition will continue until 7 PM.
