أكدت وزارة التعليم، عدم اشتراط سن محددة للراغبين في التقديم على «مسار الرواد» ضمن برنامج خادم الحرمين للابتعاث الخارجي في 30 جامعة عالمية، والذي يستمر حتى يوم الخامس عشر من نوفمبر للعام الميلادي الحالي. وبيّنت الوزارة في ردها على الأسئلة الشائعة أن التقديم متاح دون اشتراط درجة اختبار القدرات والتحصيلي، ويمكن للموظف الحكومي والموظف في القطاع الخاص التقديم عند انطباق الشروط العامة للابتعاث والشروط الخاصة للمسار.
وكشفت الوزارة، أنه بإمكان أبناء وبنات وزوج وزوجة المبتعث التقديم للابتعاث وفق شروط وضوابط المسار الذي يرغب في التقديم عليه، علاوة على إمكانية مرافقة الأبناء والبنات للمبتعث.
وأوضحت أنه لا يشترط دراسة سنة للغة الإنجليزية في حال كان الابتعاث إلى جامعات بريطانيا أو الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وبإمكان المتقدّم في حال قبوله إلغاء طلب الابتعاث، ولا يشترط عند التقديم الحصول على تأشيرة لدخول دولة الابتعاث، ويكتفى باختيار (لا يتطلب تأشيرة) لإكمال إجراءات التسجيل اللازمة.
وأبانت وزارة التعليم، أن عدد سنوات الابتعاث وفق نظام المؤسسة التعليمية لا يتجاوز 5 سنوات لدراسة درجة البكالوريوس ولا تتجاوز عامين لدراسة درجة الماجستير، وللمرافق مخصصات مالية وفق النظام عند مرافقته للمبتعث الأساسي وإقامته معه في بلد البعثة.
The Ministry of Education confirmed that there is no specific age requirement for those wishing to apply for the "Pioneers Track" within the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for External Scholarships at 30 global universities, which continues until the fifteenth of November of the current Gregorian year. The ministry clarified in response to frequently asked questions that applications are available without the requirement of a standardized test score for both the aptitude and achievement tests, and both government employees and private sector employees can apply if the general scholarship conditions and the specific conditions for the track are met.
The ministry revealed that the sons and daughters, as well as the husband and wife of the scholarship recipient, can apply for the scholarship according to the conditions and regulations of the track they wish to apply for, in addition to the possibility of accompanying children with the scholarship recipient.
It was explained that studying for a year in English is not required if the scholarship is to universities in the UK or the USA, and the applicant, if accepted, can cancel the scholarship request. There is no requirement to obtain a visa to enter the host country when applying; it is sufficient to select (no visa required) to complete the necessary registration procedures.
The Ministry of Education indicated that the number of years for the scholarship according to the educational institution's system does not exceed 5 years for studying a bachelor's degree and does not exceed 2 years for studying a master's degree. Accompanying individuals are entitled to financial allowances according to the system when accompanying the primary scholarship recipient and residing with them in the host country.
