أكدت وزارة الداخلية، أن تسهيل دخول مخالفي نظام أمن الحدود إلى المملكة أو نقلهم داخلها أو إيواءهم أو تقديم أي مساعدة أو خدمة لهم بأي شكل، يعرض مرتكبيه لعقوبات تصل إلى السجن 15 عاماً، وغرامة مليون ريال، ومصادرة وسيلة النقل والسكن المستخدم للإيواء، إضافة إلى التشهير، مؤكدة أن هذه الجريمة من الجرائم الكبيرة الموجبة للتوقيف والمخلة بالشرف والأمانة.
وأعلنت الوزارة، أن الحملات الميدانية الأمنية المشتركة لمتابعة وضبط مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود، خلال الفترة من 20 إلى 26 أغسطس 2026، أسفرت عن ضبط 14,434 مخالفاً في مختلف مناطق المملكة، بينهم 6,976 مخالفاً لنظام الإقامة، و4,110 لنظام أمن الحدود، و3,348 لنظام العمل.
وضبطت الحملات 1,450 شخصاً أثناء محاولتهم عبور الحدود إلى داخل المملكة بطريقة غير نظامية، شكل اليمنيون منهم 41%، والإثيوبيون 58%، و1% من جنسيات أخرى، فيما ضبط 44 شخصاً أثناء محاولتهم عبور الحدود إلى خارج المملكة بطريقة غير نظامية.
كما ضبطت 27 شخصاً متورطاً في نقل وإيواء وتشغيل مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود والتستر عليهم.
وبلغ إجمالي الخاضعين لإجراءات تنفيذ الأنظمة 29,938 مخالفاً، بينهم 27,957 رجلاً و1,981 امرأة، فيما أحيل 18,914 مخالفاً إلى بعثاتهم الدبلوماسية للحصول على وثائق سفر، و2,867 لاستكمال حجوزات السفر، بينما جرى ترحيل 14,905 مخالفين.
ودعت الوزارة، إلى الإبلاغ عن أي حالات مخالفة للأنظمة.
The Ministry of Interior confirmed that facilitating the entry of violators of the border security system into the Kingdom, or transporting them within it, or sheltering them, or providing any assistance or service to them in any form, exposes the perpetrators to penalties of up to 15 years in prison, a fine of one million riyals, and the confiscation of the means of transportation and accommodation used for sheltering, in addition to publicizing their actions. The ministry emphasized that this crime is one of the serious offenses that warrant detention and compromise honor and trust.
The ministry announced that the joint security field campaigns to monitor and apprehend violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations, during the period from August 20 to August 26, 2026, resulted in the apprehension of 14,434 violators in various regions of the Kingdom, including 6,976 violators of the residency system, 4,110 of the border security system, and 3,348 of the labor system.
The campaigns apprehended 1,450 individuals while attempting to cross the borders into the Kingdom illegally, with Yemenis constituting 41%, Ethiopians 58%, and 1% from other nationalities, while 44 individuals were apprehended while attempting to cross the borders out of the Kingdom illegally.
Additionally, 27 individuals involved in transporting, sheltering, and employing violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations and concealing them were apprehended.
The total number of individuals subjected to enforcement actions was 29,938 violators, including 27,957 men and 1,981 women, while 18,914 violators were referred to their diplomatic missions to obtain travel documents, and 2,867 to complete travel bookings, while 14,905 violators were deported.
The ministry called for reporting any cases of violations of the regulations.
