أعلنت الهيئة العامة للعقار بدء أعمال التسجيل العيني للعقار لـ46,538 قطعة عقارية في منطقتي الرياض والقصيم، منها 36,261 قطعة عقارية في منطقة الرياض، و10,277 قطعة عقارية في منطقة القصيم، ابتداءً من (الأحد) 6 سبتمبر 2026م، الموافق 24 ربيع الأول 1448هـ، وحتى نهاية (الخميس) 10 ديسمبر 2026م الموافق 1 رجب 1448هـ.
وأوضحت الهيئة أن الأحياء المستفيدة من السجل العقاري في هذه المرحلة في منطقة القصيم تشمل في دخنة: حي الملك عبدالله، وحي القدس، وحي الربوة، وحي النهضة، وأجزاء من حي الملك فهد، وحي الأندلس، وحي السلام، وعددًا من المناطق العقارية الأخرى، وفي العمار: أجزاء من حي النهضة، وجزءًا من حي الأفق، وعددًا من المناطق العقارية الأخرى، وفي عقلة الصقور: أجزاء من حي النهضة، وفي البطين: حي الازدهار، وحي النرجس، وحي الريان، وحي الفيصل، إضافة إلى عدد من القطع العقارية في ضرية والمذنب.
الأحياء المستفيدة
وتشمل الأحياء المستفيدة في منطقة الرياض في البجادية: حي مخطط منيفة، وعددًا من المناطق العقارية الأخرى، وفي الحريق: حي المدينة الجديدة، وحي رميثان، وفي الحلوة: حي الحزم، وفي الرويضة: أجزاء من حي النسيم، وحي السليمانية، وحي الورود، وحي الخالدية، وحي النهضة، وحي النزهة، وحي الفلاح، وحي الربوة، وحي الخليج، وحي الياسمين، وحي مخطط 621، وفي مدينة الرياض: أجزاء من منطقة مفتوحة تابعة لبلدية السلي، وأجزاء من منطقة مفتوحة تابعة لبلدية العزيزية، وفي السر: جزء من حي مخطط الفيضة القديم، وعددًا من المناطق العقارية الأخرى.
معايير محددة
وتشمل كذلك في بدائع العضيان: حي مخطط 749، وحي الورود المستقبلي، وحي الازدهار، وحي المروج، وحي السلام المستقبلي، وحي الياسمين، وحي هجرة سليم، وحي الخليفة، وحي مخطط الرميثي، وحي مخطط المعلق، وحي مخطط تنظيم قرية بديدة علو غثاة، وحي مخطط 315، وجزءًا من حي مخطط 907 مشرفة، وعددًا من المناطق العقارية الأخرى، وفي حوطة بني تميم: حي المجد، وحي الصناعية، وحي الورود، وحي زمزم، وحي السلام، وعددًا من المناطق العقارية الأخرى، إضافة إلى عدد من القطع العقارية في الأرطاوية والجمش والخرج والدوادمي والقصب وتمير وحريملاء وساجر وشقراء وعفيف ونفي.
وبينت الهيئة أنَّ اختيار الأحياء تم وفق معايير محددة، وسيتم الإعلان تباعًا عن بقية المناطق والمحافظات والأحياء التي ستخضع لأعمال التسجيل العيني للعقار في مختلف مناطق المملكة خلال الفترات القادمة.
The General Authority for Real Estate has announced the commencement of the property registration process for 46,538 real estate plots in the Riyadh and Qassim regions, including 36,261 plots in the Riyadh region and 10,277 plots in the Qassim region, starting from (Sunday) September 6, 2026, corresponding to 24 Safar 1448 AH, until the end of (Thursday) December 10, 2026, corresponding to 1 Rajab 1448 AH.
The Authority clarified that the neighborhoods benefiting from the real estate registry in this phase in the Qassim region include in Dukhna: King Abdullah neighborhood, Al-Quds neighborhood, Al-Rabwa neighborhood, Al-Nahda neighborhood, parts of King Fahd neighborhood, Al-Andalus neighborhood, Al-Salam neighborhood, and several other real estate areas. In Al-Amar, parts of Al-Nahda neighborhood, and parts of Al-Ufuq neighborhood, along with several other real estate areas. In Uqla Al-Suqoor: parts of Al-Nahda neighborhood, and in Al-Batin: Al-Izdihar neighborhood, Al-Narjis neighborhood, Al-Rayan neighborhood, Al-Faisal neighborhood, in addition to several plots in Dhariya and Al-Mudhnib.
Benefiting Neighborhoods
The benefiting neighborhoods in the Riyadh region include in Al-Bajadiyah: Al-Mukhattat Al-Munifah neighborhood, and several other real estate areas. In Al-Hariq: Al-Madina Al-Jadidah neighborhood, and Al-Rumaythan neighborhood. In Al-Halwa: Al-Hazm neighborhood. In Al-Ruwaidah: parts of Al-Naseem neighborhood, Al-Sulaymaniyah neighborhood, Al-Wurood neighborhood, Al-Khalidiyah neighborhood, Al-Nahda neighborhood, Al-Nuzhah neighborhood, Al-Falah neighborhood, Al-Rabwa neighborhood, Al-Khalij neighborhood, Al-Yasmeen neighborhood, and Al-Mukhattat 621. In the city of Riyadh: parts of an open area belonging to Al-Sulay municipality, and parts of an open area belonging to Al-Aziziyah municipality. In Al-Sar: part of the old Al-Faydah neighborhood, along with several other real estate areas.
Specific Criteria
It also includes in Bada'i Al-Udhyan: Al-Mukhattat 749 neighborhood, the future Al-Wurood neighborhood, Al-Izdihar neighborhood, Al-Murooj neighborhood, the future Al-Salam neighborhood, Al-Yasmeen neighborhood, Salim Migration neighborhood, Al-Khalifah neighborhood, Al-Rumaythi neighborhood, Al-Mu'allaq neighborhood, the planning neighborhood of Bada'i Al-Ghatha, Al-Mukhattat 315, parts of Al-Mukhattat 907 Musharraf, along with several other real estate areas. In Hota Bani Tamim: Al-Majd neighborhood, Al-Sinaiyah neighborhood, Al-Wurood neighborhood, Zamzam neighborhood, Al-Salam neighborhood, and several other real estate areas, in addition to several plots in Al-Artaweiah, Al-Jamash, Al-Kharj, Al-Dawadmi, Al-Qasab, Tamir, Huraymila, Sajr, Shuqra, Afif, and Nafi.
The Authority indicated that the selection of neighborhoods was made according to specific criteria, and the announcement will follow regarding the remaining areas, governorates, and neighborhoods that will be subject to the property registration process in various regions of the Kingdom in the upcoming periods.
